Perfect place to stay

The apartment was absolutely perfect for us. Anne was so welcoming, had great recommendations for us regarding dinner and our onward journey and you could tell she has all her heart in being a great host. The apartment had everything we needed, was spotless and very cosy and located in a beautiful part of the country. Special thanks for the treats provided for Halloween night, our daughter was delighted with them! Would definitely stay there again if travelling to the area.

We were so spoilt in this lovely apartment.

Anne and Paul were wonderful hosts. The apartment was so comfortable, clean and well appointed. There was so much food provided - not just for our breakfast but also treats to have with our morning tea. First time we have used an electric clothes drying rack. 😁 (We don’t have them in W Australia) We loved the apartment and highly recommend it.

Location was just beautiful…it exceeded our expectations. Fridge was stocked, beds were comfortable, fresh flowers in nearly every room. Our host, Anne was beyond helpful making phone calls to get us a taxi and even driving us to Galway. We were about 20 minutes out in the country but didn’t mind paying a little more for transportation. Most people who stay here have a rental car. We can’t wait to come back

Host was helpful, friendly, accommodating, provided everything you could possibly need. The apartment was beautifully furnished, comfortable and home-like. Food provisions were very thoughtful and much appreciated.

Little slice of Irish country magic!

This place is a gem!!! Super unique and very well decorated. There are horses that come to the back rock wall your kids can feed carrots to, our boys loved it there. The continental breakfast Anne left was phenomenal and both Anne and Paul were happy to share local travel tips. Wish we stayed longer.

Only thing I would suggest is using scent free laundry detergent as some families like mine are super sensitive.

Fantastic cozy location gift visiting Galway.

This sweet property in the countryside was the perfect, cozy and comfortable place to stay while visiting the Galway area. The host went out of her way to make us welcome. From fresh flowers to a delightful selection of foods for breakfast and even hot water bottles for bedtime she took care of the details. It’s off the beaten track but her excellent directions took us right there.

Everything was perfect

We had a lovely stay here for one night. We received a warm welcome, the accommodation was perfect and there was plenty of food to make a good breakfast before continuing our trip. There was even a bag of carrots for us to feed the horse which was lovely. Thank you so much!

A clean, comfortable place to stay near Galway.

We stayed here for one night while on a road trip through Ireland and it had everything we needed. A friendly greeting, easy parking, clean and comfortable, lots of room to spread out. Breakfast consisted of food items that were placed in the fridge (eggs, sausages, etc) and you have to prepare everything yourself. We didn't really have time for that, so we skipped it.

A real hidden gem. Stay longer if you can…

What a lovely home to arrive into after a long day’s drive. Anne and Paul provide as warm a welcome anyone could receive, along with comfortable home, well stocked fridge, sightseeing, suggestions, and so much more. There aren’t enough stars to add to the rating. We only stayed three nights/days, and wish we had stayed longer. If you can use this as your base, do. You will not be disappointed. The location is maybe 7-8 miles north of Galway City center. There is more to see than we could fit in with the Connemara region.

Restful and relaxing - felt like home. First rate kitchen and bathroom equipment (even a plunger!). Anne and Paul are beautiful.

Am I suppose to dislike something? Smoke alarm in the kitchen went off a couple of times but that was the cook’s fault.
