Casa Lumina Palazzo

Perfect location in central Piran. Absolutely fantastic view over the harbour. Apartment very well equipped, we cooked in at least once, and host was very responsive.

Casa Lumina is a charming apartment located right in the heart of Piran, just above the local Post Office. It's steps away from the harbor where local sailing and fishing boats dock, and it offers stunning views of the sea, the city’s rooftops, and the surrounding hills. The apartment is spacious and comfortable for 2 to 4 guests, featuring a separate bedroom and all the amenities you’d expect in a well-equipped home. You'll find a TV, WiFi, air conditioning, shuttered windows, a washing machine (with detergent), a hair dryer, fresh towels, a large fridge with freezer, cleaning supplies, a fully stocked kitchen with utensils and spices, a dishwasher (with tabs), and a coffee machine (with capsules) – everything you need for a relaxing stay. The host, Jaka, and his family are exceptionally kind and helpful. He reached out via WhatsApp before our arrival to make sure we had no trouble finding the apartment and was always available to assist with anything we needed – whether it was parking, restaurant tips, or bike rentals. On our last day, he even helped us get to our car – which we truly appreciated! If you're arriving by car, you’re allowed to drive into the city to load or unload your luggage. However, during your stay, you’ll need to park at the Fornače Parking Garage (about 1 km away), which is open 24/7. From there, you can either take a shuttle bus into town or enjoy a scenic walk along the seaside promenade. Piran is a compact city, so nothing is too far away. The beaches are the furthest – about 500 to 1000 meters from the apartment – located just outside the historical center. For groceries, there’s a Mercator store just 100 meters away, and the local market near Tartini Square is perfect for picking up fresh fruits, vegetables, and seafood – ideal for preparing your own Mediterranean dinner in the evening.

The apartment is on the 4th floor of the building with no elevator, but 102 steps to climb, so I do not recommend it for those who have physical problems with walking stairs! Climbing up 5-6 times a day is a serious workout!

Das Apartment ist eine Oase des Wohlfühlens: komplett renoviert, großzügig und durchdacht eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass mit viel Sorgfalt an die Details gedacht wurde - von der geschmackvollen Ausstattung bis hin zu den praktischen Dingen des Alltags. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Jaka war ein herzlicher, großzügiger und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation klappte reibungslos und alle unsere Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend: Direkt am Hafen und nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand unmittelbar in der Altstadt. Perfekt, um Piran zu erkunden und zwischendurch schnell mal ins Meer zu springen. Das historische Gebäude aus dem 19. Jahrhundert gibt dem modernen Apartment einen besonderen Charme. Wir haben uns in den 7 Tagen sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Danke, Jaka!

Die Lage direkt am Hafen ist perfekt. So kann man immer wieder baden und schnell zurück in die Unterkunft. Jaka ist sehr sehr nett und hat uns bestens empfangen und mit Infos versorgt. Die Wohnung bietet wirklich alles was man sich vorstellen kann an Ausstattung und ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet.

Прекрасне розташування,чарівний панорамний вид з вікна,близько до центру і моря,надзвичайно тихо і безпечно,дуже гарний господар,привітний і гостинний!У цих апартаментах було все і навіть більше,якби можна було поставити 100,я б поставила без роздумів!Щиро рекомендуємо!

Minden nagyszerű volt. Jaka kedves és figyelmes szállásadó, a lakás mindennel felszerelt, amire egy nyaraláson vagy akár a mindennapokban is szükség lehet, így az utazó igazán otthon érezheti magát. Nem beszélve az apró meglepetésekről, ami nagyon figyelmes gesztus. A lakás elhelyezkedése ideális, a főtér mellett egyből a kikötőre néz, így a reggeli kilátás is pazar. Piran kis város, így minden közel van. A strand pár perc séta, az éttermek, bolt szintén a szomszédban. Bármikor szívesen visszajönnénk.
