La distance avec le centre ville et le tramway

Cozy, clean apartment with an incredibly comfy bed. Washing machine was appreciated. Close to coffee shop and full grocery store. About a 30 minute walk from the train station and the historical centre of Florence but totally doable.

Alles da, was man so braucht. Ansprechend eingerichtet. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Innenstadt fußläufig in 30 min machbar. Nähe Bahnhof. Vermieterin telefonisch sofort erreichbar, spricht englisch, freundlich.

Wir waren im Februar dort, Appartment nur mit Klimaanlage (laut) zu heizen, wurde nicht richtig warm. Fenster direkt zu stark befahrener Straße und Güterbahnhof. Insgesamt war es deshalb sehr laut. Parkplatz nur auf der Straße oder kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz 12 € tgl. gegenüber mit viel Glück zu finden. Appartment im 2. Stock ohne Aufzug, innen ebenfalls Stufen. Noch zur Info: Übernachtungssteuer 6 € pro Nacht pro Person muss am Ende bar bezahlt werden.

Apartamento acogedor ,la decoración muy bonita y la limpieza ,teniamos hasta plancha del pelo en el baño .. la cocina equipada con lavavajillas tambien , lo único no había microondas.. pero si tiene horno y vitroceramica y lavadora . La ubicación no está mal,no es céntrico del todo pero andando en 30 min estas .. a nosotros no se nos hizo pesado ir y venir del centro

Por poner alguna pega para mi gusto las almohadas un poco blandas y que da a una carretera y está bastante transitada .. se oye un poco el ruido de los coches cuando pasan .. en nuestro caso no a sido problema .. pero se oye
