La persona de contacto ha estado en todo momento pendiente de que la estancia fuera lo mejor posible. La ubicación es excelente si, como nosotros, te vas a mover en tren. También tiene parada de bus en la misma puerta y de metro justo al lado. Además está al lado de Santa María Novella y a tan solo 20 minutos andando de la Catedral. El apartamento tiene casi todo lo necesario y el espacio está perfectamente aprovechado.

Me imagino q será culpa de los huéspedes anteriores a nosotros pero la vajilla y cubertería no estaban limpias. Eché en falta q hubiera un tostador.

​Nossa experiência foi fantástica. O espaço é nota 10: super limpo, organizado e realmente completo em suas facilidades (oferece toda a infraestrutura de apartamento necessária para uma estadia confortável, com a cozinha e área de serviço muito bem equipadas). A localização é privilegiada, ficando exatamente ao lado da estação, o que facilitou muito a nossa locomoção por Florença. Minha esposa, nossas filhas e eu nos sentimos em casa e adoramos o ambiente. Nota máxima em todos os quesitos!!! Recomendamos com total confiança!!!

A internet deixou a desejar.

Good location - close to the trainstation and city centre, good value for the money, nice amenities, kitchenette was very useful.

The boiler was off and we weren't informed about it beforehand, we contacted the owner and he told us about it. There were a couple of mosquitos beforehand in the room and also a mosquito repeller but weren't informed about that either. The automated / AI message bot is quite outdated and doesn't understand very well, replies are a bit "aggressive". Wi-Fi was very bad - signal only near the entry door and that's it.

It is a small two-room flat very next to the railway station. It is well-equipped, the kitchen has anything You need. There is a balcony with a view over inner yard and a piece of a very busy street just in front of the railway station. The pickup of keys was really easy and instructions were very clear. There are free earplugs for quests - and it is very nice because You really need them.

Basically, it was my mistake not theirs. I should have seen how close it is to the railway station. The level of noice at night is very high - and it is difficult to sleep even using the earplugs provided (many thanks for them anyway!). There are no mosquito nets - and there are a lot of mosquitos in the yard below (however there was a fumigator provided, thanks to hosts again). So, I was suffering at night there - but I think hosts have done anything possible to mitigate this.
