Class!

Property was huge! Super clean and comfortable. All amenities were working and exactly as you’d want. Bangin’ 2 large double rooms and 2 balconies!!!! How fun how cute! Really good location, only a wee walk away from the tram stop into city centre. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re coming to Florence for the first time or otherwise!

A beautiful and peaceful stay just outside the center of Florence, in a quiet neighborhood with kind, welcoming locals.

The apartment was spacious and full of natural light, with absolutely beautiful antique furniture. Everything was impeccably maintained and super, super clean. Benedetta, the host, was truly wonderful—so thoughtful, incredibly available, clear in her directions, warm, flexible, and very polite in all her communication. It was a truly amazing experience in Florence. What I loved the most about the apartment were the antique furniture pieces, the upholstered textures, the tapestries, and the beautiful lamps—they completely stole my attention.

Everything was perfect—I truly didn’t find anything I didn’t like.

Spacious and relaxing.

This is a spacious apartment not far from the centre of Florence and the photos are a true representation of the accommodation. Generally well equipped and comfortable, and in a great neighbourhood. The host is friendly and easy to contact when you have questions. If you stay here, then check out the Museo Stibbert which is a short walk up the hill behind the property - a great alternative to the tourist hustle in town. A great place to eat is Fratelli Briganti which is also a 5 minute walk down the street, but either turn up early or make a reservation as it gets busy.

Nothing, would love to stay here again.

Good, despite adversity.

Friendly & nice neighbors.

Host discontinued communication after 10:00 p.m., we previously informed her of our traveling by car from Pisa. We left Pisa and stopped for dinner, only to get an unexpected delay by the restaurant's service. We informed her we were 78km away, before arrival and she acknowledged and replied to our last communication. Upon arrival and checking our communication app. (WhatsApp), I learned she communicated she was turning off her internet and no longer would be communicating. We had no way to get into the secured apartment building. We waited outside sitting with our luggage and by luck, a tenant happened to enter the building and was kind enough to let us into the building. We then was able to get to the loc box located outside the apartment door. The shower drain was clogged and did not drain. We took the time to remove the grime and hair out of it with a wire hanger and then used a plunger to free the remaining blockage. The host received plumbing service from us.

Buono con qualcosa da migliorare

La struttura è grande e in posizione strategica poiché è vicina alla stazione della tram via. Dispone di tutto, dalla biancheria alle stoviglie e gli spazi sono molto grandi. Purtroppo gli infissi sono da rivedere, le porte si chiudono male e sono molto rumorose. Dalle finestre si sente qualsiasi rumore esterno, nonostante siano state chiuse anche le tapparelle. Abbiamo soggiornato ad Aprile ma il bagno che è grande era freddo. I riscaldamenti erano spenti e non era presente alcun termoventilatore. Il sistema del check in viene affidato agli ospiti che devono procedere con il caricare dati e documenti con tanto di foto su un sito preposto che fa poi accedere all’appartamento. Per cui non c’è un riconoscimento fisico e zero contatto con i titolari. Lo trovo poco sicuro soprattutto se si hanno dei minori al seguito.

ringrazio Benedetta (saluti) per essersi trasformata in idraulico, veramente gentile e disponibile

appartamento al primo piano spazioso con bagno ristrutturato e cucina parzialmente ristrutturata (però mettere il frigo a contatto con il termosifone ?!) con tavolo molto più alto rispetto alle sedie. il salotto è molto luminoso avendo due finestre

lo sciacquone del wc malfunzionante durante tutto il soggiorno i vetri delle finestre, sottilissimi. sembrava di avere macchine e persone in casa, comunque di notte si riusciva abbastanza a dormire, nonostante le zanzare (prima decina di ottobre). parcheggi difficili da trovare, anche se in periferia. A Firenze i posteggi liberi (righe bianche) sono solo per i residenti (con esposizione di documento che lo attesti), mentre quelli a pagamento (righe blu) sono tali solo per i turisti dato che i residenti espongono il suddetto documento. comunque sono riuscito a posteggiare l'auto ogni sera, ma preoccupato per la mattina dopo
