Receptionist Chiarra was certainly busy as she covered most/all day to day things on her ownf from 8am to 7.45pm. Always cheerful, helpful and informative. 5 stars to bella Chiarra.

Nice hotel on top of the mountain, very convenient to get to Lake Como by taking the shuttle which is walking distance from the hotel.

Charming and lovely, this hotel has a picturesque setting that will make it feel like home. Lovely owners who helped us with a problem and were so accommodating. We loved our stay here.
The restaurant was lovely and the food amazing! Both the owner and staff were friendly and so professional, working hard to be of service. Amazing stay at Alberto Vista Lago!
