Beautiful location. Clean and tidy.
No where to hang towels in bathroom. Heat pump did not work in bedrooms.

Close to everything in the area and the view of the bay of islands is breathtaking from the balconys. Place was clean and all amenities were good

Accommodation was very comfortable, clean and great value for family of 4 with a fabulous view of the bay from both balconies. Location very central to restaurants and shops with secure parking. All comforts of home and the heated pool was an added bonus. John was very helpful and communicative through the booking process helping us find a property that suited our family. Also was responsive to questions during our stay and recommended activities for us to do during our time in Paihia.

The view was fantastic, the apartment was well equipped, and it's located a short walk from everything. The secure undercover parking and lift were a bonus.
Being on the main road and near the wharf, it is a bit noisy during the day. The air conditioner in the second bedroom was broken and we weren't advised of this prior to our stay so lucky it wasn't needed.
