About this house rental

A warm, modern holiday home with expansive town and sea views. Private, quiet, yet central. It is easy to relax in the home and setting. Paihia town is a 6 min walk to restaurants, beaches and amenities. No parking hassles! There’s all day sun. The spacious open plan layout makes great indoor/outdoor flow as the kitchen, dining and lounge lead onto two outdoor sunny decks with great views, outdoor furniture and BBQ. The home is family friendly. The master bedroom has an ensuite and its own deck with great private sea views from in bed! There are quality furnishings throughout. It has a well-equipped kitchen and things you would expect like a TV/home entertainment system, the internet, DVD's, books and games. There is a double garage with internal entry and safe roadside parking opposite the home. If you have a boat, there is inexpensive, secure boat storage close by.

Thanks for a wonderful stay. Super location, just a 5 minute walk into town and a perfect central base from which to explore the Bay of Islands. Brett's communication was fantastic throughout. We loved the house itself. It met all of our needs. Steep driveway but we found it easy enough to manage. Easiest way is to reverse into the driveway from the street, and use the garage buzzer to go all the way up into the garage. Highly recommend this property!

We loved the views from the accommodation and how accessible it was to the township of Piahia. We walked everywhere although we had our own transport. Two things to bear in mind the return walk to the house is very steep but a great workout after the extra bit of cake. The driveway was a tight squeeze for our hired Kia Carnival. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen, games and DVDs. DDefinitely would stay againtigh

Enjoyed our stay at Sunny Spacious Seaview Stunner. The views of the Paihia harbour were beautiful, the house was clean and had all the kitchen and laundry equipment needed. The only downside was the bunk beds made noises when anyone moved. Thanks for having us.

We had a beautiful stay here in Paihia. Great location, beautiful home and super relaxing. Perfect base for day trips to Russell and up to Matauri Bay. Convenient to get into town but the house and views were so comfortable after days out that we were happy to relax and regroup. Only slight negative comment is that we found the upper bunk bed not suitable for an adult (even though my son is slight build) which we had assumed it might be so kids doubled up. Otherwise perfect stay.

The photos don't do this gem full justice. Views from three balconies. Clean and well equipped kitchen and home. Ambient lighting was a treat compared to many others we have stayed at. Driveway took a little skill to maneuver, but we enjoyed the two car garage. We would highly recommend this home and hope to visit again.

The home is comfortable and well stocked for cooking. The view is of the shopping street and harbor. The only negative is the driveway - the home is on a steep hill and requires a sharp right turn into the driveway. We had a large vehicle so we went further up the hill to turn around so we could drive straight up the driveway.

Property manager is very easy to deal with. Checkin and out is very easy. Lovely home with good views. Fitted 6 adults and 1 infant easily. Very comfortable. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Brett's place was ideal for us (a group of 4 adults). It was spotlessly clean and his directions were easy to follow. Beware of the driveway access, as it is both steep and very narrow, so if you arrive in the dark (as we did) then it can be a mission to access - but get the angle of approach right and it's straight. Great views from the lounge and decks and a short walk down to the centre of Paihia make this a great find.

Thank you for your hospitality throughout our stay. Host was great at replying to messeges and staying in touch, also the house was very clean and tidy. I loved how the kitchen was equip with all that you needed from cooking pots and pans to baking needs such and electric beater and containers to seal your food while you stay. Really happy with our choice and defenatly got our moneys worth. Thanks again!
