Very quiet, nice and central to Paihia/Waitangi and a short walk to the beach - town is a short 3 min drive, or a 15minute stroll. Great location with the Rainbow superette, Tii bay takeaways and a couple of other small cafes on corner of Davis crescent
Overall, was a great stay! Main bathroom mixer tap was a little loose. The shower head is a little lower than ideal for anyone over 5'9.

Seabeds is about 10 minute walk into Paihia town. A good cafe is located around the corner from this property a small park is located next door and the waterfront is opposite the park. Cooking facilities and basic food wraps,oil, tea and coffee washing machine and dryer provided. This was a very comfortable unit.

The room was clean and tidy, wi fi was effective, plenty of parking, short drive to town.
The spaces, bathroom and shower, were tight, sofa bed wasn't really comfortable, budget fittings. Wasn't aware there was no on site reception and when we arrived we only had a data phone connection. Had to scurry around to try and make a local call. Apparently an email was sent on the day advising details. However as we were travelling all day we don't check emails. Re-reading the details, this process was advised.
