Everything was very thoughtfully planned and the amenities provided were truly exceptional.

We were expecting two bathrooms in the traditional Australian sense, each featuring two showers. However, upon arriving, we discovered it was actually one full bathroom and a separate toilet and basin. It seems there was a simple misunderstanding on our part regarding the terminology. In Australia, we generally refer to the full bathroom as simply the "full bath" and the smaller toilet and basin area as the "half bath."

Amazing stay!

Very clean, nice fit-outed property. Very thoughtful hosts - everything we could think of was already there available to use. Spa and barbecue zone are the all-favourite for everybody. We will visit again as for sure!

Amazing rental - I want those 2 decks! Stunning, wish we had stayed longer!

We loved everything! Our favourite element has to be the treetop decks - it was like staying in the most wonderful tree house on the decks and then returning to comfort and all convenience back in the house. I want exactly these 2 decks - they were FABULOUS! Photos do not do it justice - it is better!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The home felt warm, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together, making it easy to relax and feel at home straight away. The outdoor area was honestly to die for. After such beautiful days exploring Paihia, this was the perfect place to come back to and wind down. Sitting outside, surrounded by greenery, felt so peaceful, the backyard is truly stunning. Michaela is a wonderful host, and the note she left for us was such a thoughtful and personal touch. The kitchen was also very well equipped and had everything we needed. A gorgeous, calming place that made our trip extra special. We would absolutely love to stay again and highly recommend it.

It was a fantastic stay in Paihia coupled with really welcoming hosts.

Beautiful patio area with an awesome jacuzzi and Barbeque area. Very cozy Accommodation that was in an exceptional state. Great Views as well.
