Great location and enough space for 7 of us Nice deck to sit on for meals

The owner could have been a bit friendlier about car parking, looking on the website it shows plenty of car parking but when we got there we were constantly worried about being told off for taking up too much space, felt we were being watched the whole time Maybe could have provided more soap and towels and maybe tea and coffee would have been nice The bathrooms had a really awful smell

Feeling disappointed, property is poorly maintained, and our group felt genuinely cheated, especially considering the $800 per night we paid. I can assure that we are not eager to return, as our stay was quite unpleasant. The property should be kept tidy and hygienic. We noticed cockroaches and bugs, particularly in the kitchen area. We had to wash all the utensils, plates, glasses, and even the bathroom before using them. It felt like we were there to clean your property instead of enjoying our holiday. Providing basic toiletries is standard practice. Hand soap alone is insufficient. We've never encountered such a poorly maintained property that neglects even the basics. Fresh towels should be provided daily. For guests staying multiple days, towel replacements are a minimum expectation. The insinkerator was not operational upon our arrival. We did our best to dispose of garbage manually, but this should be serviced regularly. Parking should be allocated thoughtfully, particularly for larger vehicles like SUVs. As guests, we expect our privacy to be respected. No one appreciates the owner entering the property unannounced and yelling about moving a car a few inches when it wasn’t causing any issue.

Great location, large roomy home which was well appointed and comfortable. Due to its position, it was also quiet but very close to the beach and main shopping/dining part of town
