The house itself and the location was perfect. Amazing house for a large family or a friends get away

The service from Bachcare was shocking. I had to ring Bachcare for the arrival detail on the 8th of October as no one had made contact with me since my booking. There was no information at the house in terms of disposal of rubbish or the state in which the house needed to be left in.
