Extremely dusty everywhere, not cleaned properly. We had reservations with proposed clients which we ended up extremely late, potentially missing out on a big business opportunity due to the fact the basement garage door not working. A resident came to rescue after 1/2 hour of trying to enter the building and even leaving thinking we had the wrong place. Eventually we entered the room over an hour later. This huge inconvenience resulted in high stress levels, frustration and us looking unprofessional to our potential business colleagues. This meeting was extremely important. The note which was left by the owner for us on arrival was unnecessarily abrupt and stern which unfortunately set not such a lovely vibe, somewhat unwelcome. Would like to see some compensation, thank you.

Up for Waitangi weekend and this facility is as good as it gets for proximity to all Pahia offers.

Instructions to key location precise and easy to locate. Clean well-appointed rooms on the ground floor. Close to lift which gave us easy access from car park. Great to be able to just park up and walk around Pahia and across the road to jetty for trip to Russell. Great pool on a hot weekend. Easy 30-minute walk to the treaty grounds a bit uphill to the top grounds.

Ensuite bedroom had an outside path light that lit the room up.

Apart from the couple of issues above we were happy with the stay.

Couldn’t access the internet to begin with and staff member had to show us how. Lights above hob need attention. One didn’t work and the other was hanging loose. Oven door has loose hinge on left hand side. We couldn’t figure out how to operate the TV. We left butter and orange juice in fridge but rang and advised of this so it would not go to waste. Also think we left behind in the ensuite a man’s electric razor. Lady at reception was called Hope and she was extremely helpful.

Great location, amazing apartment.

The apartment was fantastic, loads of space to spread out. Everything you need in the kitchen. Comfortable beds and pillows all spotlessly clean. Lots of games and videos for families to use.
