Blissful in Paihia.

Absolute Bliss -- what a perfect description of this property in beautiful Paihia! We loved our stay and really enjoyed meeting our host, Marilyn. She is an absolutely sweetheart who takes very good care of her guests. Our room was enormous and beautifully laid out. The bathroom was spotless, with plenty of space to keep everything. The kitchen had loads of space and everything you need. The elevator was a lifesaver to get our luggage in and out. It was a bonus to have a garage all to ourselves too. We spent our afternoon happy hours on the beautiful deck overlooking Paihia and the waters of the Bay of Islands. The song of the Tui birds echoing across the trees will stay with us forever. The location is perfect, a very short walk from the shopping, restaurants and all the tours on the waterfront. Thank you, Marilyn, for a lovely visit.

Enjoyable with a wonderful host.

The host Marilyn is wonderful, we have stayed before and will again. The location is great, ease of access to all the sites around the area.

The driveway 😝 it’s very steep but with out it you wouldn’t have the wonderful views from up the top.

Yes Truely Absolute Bliss

Marilyn was the perfect host ensuring our overall stay and requirements were well met.The apartment was beyond expectations,beautifully furnished with new and modern pieces topped off with an outside setting complete with BBQ to relax with, while admiring the water views. If this was not enough the unit could be accessed from the garage using the unique lift. WOW

Our 3 day stay was too short. Though we are from Australia we will be back for a longer stay next time.

Driveway from road is incredibly steep and would be scary for many drivers. It was also too steep to walk for many older people, consequently you had to drive to find public parking before you could walk anywhere.

We had a lovely time at Absolute Bliss

Our host communicated well and the apartment was spacious with a good sea view. There was parking on site and good wifi. It was only a short walk to shops and restaurants. Our host Marilyn gave us some good tips where to visit. We thought we had good value for money.

Our only observation for improvement was the two sofa's in the Gold Suite although clean were stained, therefore let down the high standards elsewhere.

Marilyn is a gem and her well appointed studios are divine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return in a flash. I can highly recommend this property, which is well named - everything was top class.

Beautiful appartment in a lovely location.

Beautiful appartment , just a short walk from the harbour area of Paihia, with all the shops and restaurants. It sits high above the town, with lovely views down to the sea from the spacious balcony. Our host was very welcoming and helpful.

The parking is tricky, as the drive is very steep - not a problem for some, but we parked on the road below, which meant having to carry our luggage up - our choice.
