Exceptional place to stay with a tranquil bush type setting that is a very short walk to town.

Our stay at Craicor was on our favourite list and we will definitely be back in the future. We stayed in the Treehouse and our friends stayed in the Garden Suite next door. The surrounding bush and gardens were beautifully kept and we enjoyed the lovely birdlife. It was a home away from home, immaculately clean and the hosts were exceptional. I can't recommend it more.

Gorgeous apartment in the trees overlooking the bay

Lovely location with nice glimpse of bay. Peaceful deck amongst the trees to soak up the holiday ambience. Host was welcoming and helpful. Neat kitchen with essentials provided. Delighted to recommend.

Softer bedside lighting option would be perfect for those who like to read in bed!

excellent place to stay for day trips or just relax

the location is amazing, if you like to be deep in nature among trees and plants, that is your place. so silent and quiet. Just the sound of the birds. the apartments (I had 2 - Tree House and Garden House) are very well set, full of everything you might need. we cooked 4 meals and it was perfect. great sofa and armchairs. tv is fabulous, with all the platforms you need - just log on with your details. the bonus? the electric blanket in the bed! we loved it. the host is such a lovely person and we had a lot of chat! at the end it is a great place to be chosen again. thank you!

Anne and Garth were very welcoming, generous hosts and took the time to advise us about where to eat/local attractions etc. The accommodation was excellent - stylish, clean and with everything we could have wanted. Very comfortable bed.

So comfortable and peaceful

Fully self contained with everything we needed. Washing machine and dishwasher a real bonus. Very peaceful with beautiful garden to look at. Loved watching the birds and listening to the Morepork at night. This was our last and our most favourite accommodation of our five weeks in New Zealand. Would definitely recommend. Just be aware the driveway is up a steep hill but we found it ok.

Amazing property, so well taken care of, such a clever and beautiful apartment that has everything you could dream of. You can hear the birds sing, your windows can be kept open at night thanks to the mosquito nets. So quiet and relaxing! Beautiful view of the bay and just a 7 min walk away from the beach. Great lovely hosts. Wow, what a stay!!
