Convenient, clean, lovely!

Easy to get into car park, get the key and check in. Very clean room, spacious, great kitchen, very well equipped property. Perfect location for us to visit Russell, and attend a wedding we had that weekend. Right in the middle of Paihia and shops. Easy walking distance to beach (harbour beach so nice but am sure there are better if you can drive somewhere).

Not a major at all but our key card sometimes took a while to let us into our room. It always worked eventually (maybe we were doing something wrong!). Would not say this impacted our thoughts on the space whatsoever.

I should have read my emails to work out how to access the parking and pick up the keys from the lock box, but we flew into Auckland late and I forgot to check - John was patient and took us into the garage and showed us the apartment - much appreciated

Brilliant location for a stay in Pahia.

Excellent location, friendly staff and spotlessly clean. Parking in garage was good and the apartment was spacious with plenty of towels provided, including towels for the on site pool. Teas, coffee etc and milk were also provided.

Had booked an apartment with air conditioning which the original apartment (104) we were allocated didn’t have. We had to move to the only other available apartment (108). This apartment had a bathroom for disabled guests, which was designed as a wet room with a curtain and dried reasonably quickly if the heated floor was on but no instructions were provided for this or any of the appliances in the property. The only mirror was in the bathroom.

A home away from home.

It was near the wharf to catch a ferry to Russell or go on tours to explore the other islands. It was walking distance to shops, grocery and restaurants. Paihia Waterfront was quiet. It had a wonderful kitchen, perfect for cooking with coffee maker, kettle, pots, pans etc. Nice living room. The bed was comfortable and a small bathroom with washer and dryer. There was a heated pool and car parking in basement. John, the Property Manager was very kind and very helpful. A fantastic place to stay.

Stone throw away from the ferry to Russel, wharf, restaurants, town and beach. Terra, a one hat restaurant is like a 100 meter walk and so lovely to eat their delicious food. Also a very comfy bed and lovely small swimming pool, John our host was very friendly and helpful with everything, thanks John!

Did not like the shower over the bath, that could have been a nice walk in shower!

This apartment is literally across the street from the bay. We loved how there was a reserved parking spot for us. No driving around looking for a spot.

This is a 1 bedroom apartment, therefore small bathroom and bedroom. However, for us that didn’t matter as it is prime location.

Everything! Clean, comfortable and in a good position right near the wharf. We were very impressed with the property and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. We met Jonathon, who is on site and very approachable if you have any queries or concerns.

Extremely well located at a very decent price per day.

The notification of instructions by e-mail for travellers from outside the country makes it difficult to receive while travelling. The e-mail used was not accessible to us upon arrival at the facility. Needed to contact them by phone to resend. Very accommodating. It would have been helpful to know that no one was at the reception. We would have ensured that we were looking for the communication in the right place by modifying the address that we knew was going to be needed before leaving Canada.

Nothing. Was very impressed by the available items in the location. Milk was in the refrigerator as well as laundry soap and dishwasher soap as well stayed more than one night and used those extras to our advantage.

Convenient garden apartments

Great location across from the bay and in the middle of things. Helpful staff. Welcome Whittaker's choc block in fridge, plenty of room. Air con worked after John helped me. Comfortable bed and lounge, coffee plunger and capsule machine available. Nice gardens and pool, wasn't noisy although my room was next to it.

My card lock was dodgy and took several attempts to get in each time. When the power went down (across the region) I was stuck in my room and couldn't get out until staff override the lock. After that it couldn't be locked. Hopefully the luck issues to Apartment 103 have now been resolved. Getting out of the car park is very tight and took several attempts of driving back and forth to get out. I was a bit concerned getting in and out of the shower/bath re slipping

Luxury apartment in the heart of Paihia!

Modern 3 storey complex built around the pool and just across the road from the sea. Good security. Adjacent to village centre with shops and restaurants. Our unit opened into the pool enclosure. Has washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and even a coffee pod machine. Highly recommended.

Our bathroom had a wet floor shower with curtain , we prefer a shower box with door. And a wee maintenace item, the bathroom sink plug needs fixing in 108. But these items did not distract from a great stay.

Fabulous place to stay in Paihia

Lovely place to stay. Close to all amenities, right across from the water. Staff were lovely. Everything we needed for our stay.

The only frustration for me was that there was no room to put a suitcase without unpacking everything and storing it in a cupboard. We only had 2 nights so I didn't want to unpack everything. A very minor complaint! 😀

Amazing place to stay, beautiful wee town to visit 💕

Had washer and dryer along with laundry power. Kitchen had all the basic condiments for cooking, as well as food wraps. Even had a coffee pod machine. Room decor was stunning with beautiful cosy blankets, cushions, interesting books to read and very clean. Location was amazing right in town walking distance to everything. Even had complimentary bottles of water and Whitakers chocolate. Nice touch!

Very comfortable stay in centre of beautiful Paihia.

Met on arrival by arrival by manager, who was very courteous and helpful. Unit was ground floor, very spacious, and comfortable; with a 10 metre pool just 10 metres from our door. Unit was across the road from the beach, and just 100 metres from the local shopping centre.

The car access is a little tricky for anyone who has not stayed before; with access to, and exit from, the underground carpark, directly onto the main road. It is important to make sure you read and understand the instructions which are sent within 24 hours of arrival!
