Excellent family stay

The host provided very detailed check-in instructions. The location is perfect—situated in a quiet neighborhood yet very close to the town center, beach, and a seaside playground that our children absolutely loved. The massive garage could easily fit our large 7-seater vehicle with plenty of room to spare. Highly recommended for families!

Nice holiday apartment but stair access was a problem.

Really nice apartment, if a bit small. Nicely fitted out and clean. Quiet neighbourhood outside of town centre but close to beach and some facilities.

Access was through the garage and up 15 concrete steps. Not so good with heavy suitcases or mobility issues. Very strange layout of the apartment block of 4 units, not semi-detached as described. So if you get Unit 1 it would be brilliant but 2 and 3 more restricted for views and setting.

Small well appointed apartment walking distance to town centre.

Great communication with the owners and clear instructions. The unit is well located, only 10 minutes walk to the wharf. Has secure lock up garage and washing machine.

A great find in an idyllic location

It is an idyllic location in a very quiet neighbourhood, close to the beach, shops and easy driving distance to tourist sights. The apartment was very clean and covered all the basics for a very pleasant stay and having a private verandah, outside barbecue and seating and a lock-up garage was a bonus. We were impressed in how clean not only the apartment was but also the surrounding neighbourhood.

Garage for car, aircon, comfy beds, coffee maker and pods, so nice to meet friendly host, great location, walk across road to beach, top fish and chip shop on the same street.

Couldn't plug in the hair straightener in either plug in the bathroom, no scissors or small paring knife in kitchen, and easier plug access required for ph charger in same room.

Nice appartment, we had no2, the middle one. Small kitchen ok for minor cookings. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom and toilet separate, very good. Well kept. We felt very comfortable and can recommend this place without a doubt Loved the billard table in the garage. Very nice In easy walking distance to the Paihia warf Quiet

Comfortable beds with clean crisp sheets, air conditioning and ceiling fans a bonus with the warm weather. Our room was well catered for with board games, reading.material, equipped roomy kitchen, We were.able to see the Cruise ships come n go from our blacony No.3. Hosts are pleasant and very welcoming. A quiet safe neighborhood feel here... Hop skip to the main st Paihia... Beach 2mins walk for a swim, and theres a takeaway shop & dairy also. We loved our stay & appreciated our fur baby was allowed to join us for the wkend. A++

Communication with hosts by text and email was quick and easy.

There were two bedrooms, full operational kitchen with all utensils you need. There was a bbq and outdoor seating. In the garage there was a pool table and enough room for children to play if it was raining. The lounge was small but adequate. We had assumed there was a bathroom and ensuite but it had a bathroom with separate toilet. The apartment was a short 10 minute walk to town but there was a cafe and fish and chip shop close by with beach a 2 minute walk. Bedrooms small with comfortable beds. Air conditioning was able to reach bedrooms from living room.

No ensuite and size of bedrooms.
