Fantastic view, proximity by foot to cafes, harbour, restaurants, beautiful walk to Waitangi, parking, friendly hosts.

Furnishings could be updated. No air conditioning, but fans worked fine. The hill did not bother us.

Excellent apartment with stunning views.

The apartment was spacious with everything we needed. The views from the lounge and bedroom are stunning. Waking up to a view over the bay was a highlight. Parking was very easy, the property had a big outside deck with a barbeque and it was an easy walk down the hill into the small town. Helen met us when we arrived and popped in before we left which was a nice touch.

Our apartment was so honey and cozy and the hosts were so friendly, my only feedback will be to have a oven or air fryer but other than that we had a barbecue which worked for our meals

Parking is quite tight, pays to have a smaller vehicle. Apart from that, there is nothing we didn’t like.

Treetops was very well equipped, decent sized for a studio and very clean.

The views were excellent, property spotless and well equipped.

The sofa and chair were extremely uncomfortable and difficult to get out of and unpleasant to sit in. The hill if walking was challenging and then you had 3 flights of stairs to the apt.

Beautiful property. Great location and easy walking distance to Main Street, beach . We stayed in The Palms and it was so well appointed. Helen and Peter have thought of everything. It’s a lovely piece of paradise.

Would totally recommend staying in these apartments.

Stunning place to stay with everything you possibly need, including a full kitchen, smart tv and very comfortable bed. Parking right outside accommodation and it is easy walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. A lovely terrace to sit out on for a glass of wine when the sun is shinning. Host lives next door and was very welcoming. Would fully recommend these apartments for a comfortable stay in Paihia.

Great place to stay

Beautiful place to stay, you have everything you need, including a full kitchen, smart tv, comfortable bed. You can park in front of the door and it is walking distance from all the restaurants. We had a lot of rain while we were here and we were so happy we were staying in such a comfortable place.
