Bathroom is across the hallway not in the room. No hot water in the bath. Fire blanket missing out of the holder Freezer full of frost Patio doors were broke so wouldn't slide on the rails to open, Wires all on the floor in the corner of the room Toilet disgusting Asked for refund and been refused 😢

Nothing we pulled up outside the property and it was an absolute shit hole rubbish in the garden weeds overgrown and people sitting having a joint didn't even get out of our car the building looked like a drugs den all the curtains were drawn closed drive away without even entering the building went along the seafront and got a lovely b&b

Highly recommended
Clean, spacious flat,quiet neighbourhood, good location, good comunication after booking, free on street parking, comfy beds. As a person working for years in hotel industry I wasnt expecting that standard and cleanliness for this price especially at the sea side so I am really impressed. Definitely will book again when heading Skegness and already told friends about this place
Shower a bit small and personally i hate shower curtains in 'public' places as I got thoughts what touched this curtain before my body. Also we couldnt turn it off and had to go outside the bathroom to press the power switch but maybe there is another way to switch it off which we couldnt find. Anyway this wasnt a big issue for us
