Lovely caravan with a decking area at the front to sit and enjoy the sunshine, as well as the pond-views! Close to the seaside town of Skegness, ideal for a summer holiday!

Lounge with TV/Freeview, electric fire, double sofa bed & dining area (seats four guests). Double doors leading to the decking area.

Family shower room with toilet and wash basin.
Fishing is available in the lake, and has proved to produce quality sized carp! Fishing licence will need to be shown
