Peaceful and full of memories

The actual caravan was excellent. Clean, spacious and such good value.

The clubhouse was okay but the entertainment could have been earlier. Minor point to be honest.

Dirty baking tins, king duvet but double covers ??

We enjoyed the fishing, lovely lakes and kept to high standard Bingo was good the 1 night it was on. YOU NEED TO TELL PEOPLE WHATS ON AND WHEN

Comfortable, great location. Friendly staff. Excellent bar. Great bingo. Great beer prices. Allowed to check in was a real bonus. Bus stop outside, 5 mins in to Skegness.

Good stay and would go there again.

Peaceful surroundings and play park for children. The only downside was the people in the next caravan were very loud at night and the children could not get to sleep. For a few nights stay it was good for seaside visits

Minor fault

The home was perfect, immaculate, very well serviced, park kept very neat, however as we where sited by club house, our break was spoilt by really loud music till 11pm ish and inconsiderate park visitors thinking its party time. Overall we would stay again but would need assurance we would be situated away from club house. Well done Blue Anchor and staff you keep a beautiful park.

Pleasant Apartment Stay

Nice and quiet, good area close to all local amenities.

Could have done with blinds/curtains over the bedroom windows as when it gets light you get woken up around 6/7am. No drying rack for plates so plates still wet in the morning. Softer closing doors, they snap shut. None of these would stop me going again.

The proximity of the van to the clubhouse. The noise was horrible. Not so much from people or music but the fans? In the clubhouse seemed very noisy

If your looking for quiet relaxing and out the way you’ve found the place

The caravan it’s self had everything you needed bedding already there a toilet roll to start with all cooking items utensils etc and a lovely touch when we walked in .. a tea towel sponge cloth and a small sample washing up liquid which & 2 black bags which was a welcome touch thankyou .. beds were comfortable surprisingly the sofa bed was the most comfortable if even slept it spotless clean .. clean grounds with beautiful lake and clean kids outdoor small play area receptionist was so welcome and polite and was kind enough to call us early to say the caravan was ready way before the actual check in time .. (we’d arrived at 10am and headed into Skegness to make the most of our time) lovely bar area clean modern and although entertainment is limited to be honest the horse racing and music bingo was something I hadn’t experienced before helpful prompt bar staff .. extremely quiet site no trouble from fellow caravaners

It does state how far outside of Skegness centre it is but being a non driver my brain didn’t brain .. and it was a bit of a shock especially when trying to get an uber (pretty non existent in this area far and few between) booking a local taxi be warned BOOK WAY IN ADVANCE this isn’t a reflection really on the property just my silly ness thinking it was more in Skegness .. no shop on site was a big shame to be honest as I think it would do well here as there’s no where close to grab anything

Overall, a good location and good quality caravan, that we would stay in again.

The caravan was well maintained, clean and it a really pretty area. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. The water pressure and temperature was amazing!

The beds were not very comfortable. Couldn't get the oven to work. (the hob did work) Although the van had a bin bag, tea towel and mini washing up liquid. A hand soap for each bathroom would have been really helpful. The internet was both ridiculously expensive and unreliable.

lovely interior of van , nice friendly staff. but unable to rest, sleep or relax due to noise .

Booked on the basis of the advert...picture of lake and caravan . arrived and caravan right next to a club house with live music throughout the night. plus the buildings air condition unit going 24/7. it was hot so windows needed to be open but that increased the noise for sleeping not that we were able to sleep as the next van was full of youngsters playing music laughing and talking until at 3pm my husband asked them to dial it down which they did somewhat. the van creaked and ticked throughout the night due to the metal heating and cooling. the fridge door shelf for putting milk had been broken but badly repaired so when bottles were put in the shelf broke away breaking the bottles on the floor . we asked to be moved as sleep was essental due to the travel time from scotland ,it was full so we stayed 1 night and left. i have contacted customer care 2x now with no reply requesting a refund for the night we did not stay and as such , no reply.

Pine Trees is fantastic. The apartment is so gorgeous, modern and stylish. It felt like the best parts of a hotel and a caravan combined; lovely setting and free to come and go as we please with all the creature comforts. The lake is beautiful and the site was so peaceful with no noisy neighbours. I cannot recommend it enough.

A very peaceful site not too far from Skegness. The accommodation was beautiful, warm, clean and comfortable. All facilities in the kitchen to prepare and cook. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. My partner enjoyed his fishing too. We would definitely stay here again.
