Pine Trees Leisure Park

Anne was so good and so friendly and I felt bad she was working on her birthday. She went out of her way to help us and went out of her way and beyond. She is an asset to the company.

There was nothing not to like.

Staff were friendly and approachable, although I didn't have much need for them, the staff I did encounter were great. The caravan was lovely and clean and the welcome pack was full of information of all areas nearby, which was very handy.

Unfortunately our caravan was situated next to the club house, on Friday and Saturday night it was very loud as the doors to the club were left open. After a long day out with our children we were exhausted and just wanted to sit and relax, but we couldn't get any peace until 11pm when the noise finally stopped. Apart from a very small play area there was very little for children to do, signs saying no ball games so they couldn't even have a kick about. We spent our days in Skegness and Ingoldmells otherwise the kids would have been board.

In a great location and away from the main busy streets.

The caravan was clean and spacious. However a very strong drainage smell was coming from the waste pipe which was then resolved when reported twice.

The location next to the club house as they had trouble on the Saturday evening. The excessive Geese excrement The strong drainage smell upon arrival which was sorted on day 2 after reporting twice.
