A wonderful holiday home

The entire holiday home felt warm and welcoming. Having a lovely fire place on during the colder nights after getting in from the showbar was so lovely. The owners of the holiday home gave clear instructions that made our arrival so easy and even left a welcome card for us. I have never stayed in a caravan that had a closed off living area and i must say that it just felt so relaxed and cozy while my children enjoyed laying in their beds enjoying the Wifi.

Comfy, cosy caravan 😊

The caravan was beautiful. Cosy, warm, and inviting. The added extras and welcome note was a nice touch. Beds were comfy n loved the decor.

The only, and i mean only critique I could give would be the stairs into the caravan. They're not as sturdy as we would have needed.My mum is not great on her knees and found them a little scary. But they're basic stairs and get that most vans have them.

Beautiful caravan and facilities, has to be the best caravan I’ve stayed in!

Clean and tidy, dishwasher and a washing machine which I was very surprised to see but it is an absolute god send when you’re on holiday!

The caravan was situated away from other guests which gave us a little more privacy! Perfect walking distance from the onsite facilities. The lovely little letter on arrival was a personal touch!

Few issues but we did raise them with Graham and extremely happy with the outcome!

An enjoyable few days away after getting married.

The caravan was in a quiet location on the park but close enough to walk to all areas. It was all very comfortable and I would book again. There were lots of wildlife to enjoy on the park.

Shower was a bit hit and miss with water pressure and going hot and cold.

Such a lovely short stay, the site is amazing and has everything you could possibly want to entertain the children. The caravan itself was spotless, again with everything you could ask for provided, save for towels-which we were happy to take out ourselves. We loved the spot as it is tucked out the way with no vans directly in front or behind- which was perfect for our son who has sensory issues and gets very anxious at busy places. Instructions were clear and communication was lovely, all in all a fabulous little break!

Simply perfect

The small touches such as the milk, tea and sugar. And a loo roll!!! Really comfy bed. Great quiet location but not far to walk to everything. And plenty of parking near the caravan. Will be staying again.

I can't fault this caravan. You could leave a few games there and pop a TV in the bedroom but not necessary at all!

Perfect hosts!

What can I say!? Amazing from start to finish! This was booked through Booking.com but all communication is direct with the owners of the caravan and every holiday goer knows how much easier that makes things! Not only are they attentive but they provided an immaculate caravan with everything you would have at home! Every request was accommodated Racheal and Graham also left instructions regarding Wi-Fi etc, which were left in a hand written envelope. The accommodation is perfect, the hosts are perfect but the little personal touches really do seal the deal. We will be booking with them again - if they’ll have us - as soon as we can! Thank you again guys!!

Honestly our whole trip was faultless as a family we really enjoyed our few days wish we could have stayed longer, the caravan was spotless and had so much room , everything we needed was there. Great location not far to walk to entertainment or to swimming ect! The owners of the caravan kept in touch which was lovely. We are booking again for next year. We highly recommend this caravan to any family, absolutely amazing

Gold standard south view park caravan

It was lovely! Nice, cosy, and clean. It's very comfy and airy space. Very nice location and very decorated park. Has a nice and clean kitchen and bathroom. There is a lot of storage space throughout the caravan.

The mattress for double bed was not good quality and therefore not very comfortable. The duvet was very bubbly. And rug and sofa covers were not fresh. There was no hand wash in the bathroom. Luckily, we brought our own a lot of stuff, including cleaning products. Was promised the Internet, but there were no strong signals. There is not much entertainment on the TV for little kids.

Enjoyed our stay!!

Arriving at the caravan, the outside looked just like the photo's advertised on Booking.com & inside was similar with reference to: ▪︎ Well maintained kitchen with great storage & a lovely big fridge freezer ▪︎ Ensuite shower room was adequate although it took us a little while getting used to how close the toilet is to the wall as we were wondering how anyone over 6ft would fit their legs in once seated!! ▪︎ Heating system heavenly!! So straightforward to operate so we were never short of heat when the temperature dropped & always plenty of hot water! ▪︎ My step daughter loved her twin room which had great storage although the twin beds we feel are more suited to young children & not adults. Fortunately my stepdaughter is small for her age so the beds were ideal for her. ▪︎ Our master bedroom was spacious & clean with well polished mirrored fitted double wardrobes with exceptional storage! Bedding & pillow quality could be improved which we made the owner aware & they responded straight away without any issues & offered to replace bed linen. ▪︎ The livingroom had a beautiful corner suite where you could lounge with your feet up on the leg extension, much nicer than the black leather look settee advertised on Booking.com The only downside, was the lovely grey settee was covered with a protective top cover which didn't complement the room which had a really modern feel, so although we appreciated maybe wanting to preserve the furniture, we would have preferred to have sat on the 'modern' grey settee & not the light brown/chocolatey coloured covers which weren't in keeping with the rest of the room. ▪︎ Patio doors in the livingroom allowed plenty of fresh air to circulate & let in plenty of sunshine! ▪︎ We had the pleasure of meeting our host Rachael who was so friendly & welcoming & as previously mentioned offered to change some of our bedding & replaced a couple of items in the kitchen.

A fantastic caravan on a great site, 5-10 minute drive to Skegness.

The property was exactly as described by the owner. our grandchildren loved the the site, especially the resident ducks and geese. I would highly recommend this well equipped caravan for families and couples, and the on site facilities cater for all. We cant wait to return and will be recommending to friends and family.

Very good

We had a lovely stay in this caravan. There was myself, my fiance, my daughter, and my 1 Yr old grandson, and there was plenty of space for us all. The kitchen provided everything we needed, plenty of utensils, plates, cups, glasses etc. Was really pleased with the shower. It was spacious and very good water pressure to it rather than the slow electric showers. The master bedroom was large with full-length mirrored wardrobes and plenty of draw space. The caravan was a good clean standard and cosy throughout. Although the pictures need updating, there is no longer a black leather sofa, it's a grey corner sofa covered with a brown throw. Wasn't keen on the cover, a grey throw would have been better to match the modern look.

The only negative I can say about the caravan is that it has no decked walk area attached. It's basic 3 steps up to each door. We knew this before booking but didn't see a problem until we got there. We couldn't have the doors open due to my grandson not being able to manage these steps alone, plus it was that windy the door kept coming off the safety latch and slamming shut. It is not ideal if a child is in the door way. A built on walkway would be perfect to make it toddler friendly and to put something infront of the door to stop it slamming shut. But if you have no toddlers, this will be perfect for you.

comfortable, peaceful and enjoyable stay

The host was fantastic, really helpful, friendly and accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised by the caravan. It was clean and cosy. We really enjoyed the fireplace and the shower was nice. Loved the personalised welcome letter Graham left for me and the kitchen had everything you needed, it even had tea and coffee which is very thoughtful.

The internet was not good and because I was coming to work I needed a strong connection to complete my tasks and I found that the activities on the site were quite expensive.

Beautiful, spacious, clean caravan - highly recommended

We have just returned from a 3 night stay - lovely spacious clean and comfortable caravan - The hosts communication throughout our stay was exceptional. Everything you needed for a stay , from pots pans cutlery , bedding , ironing facilities along with complimentary tea and coffee. Southview site has lots to do and staff friendly. We would most definitely recommend and will book again in the future.

Excellent stay would highly recommend.

Second time we have stayed here a year apart, excellent caravan on a lovely site. The last time we stayed their wasn’t an outdoor picnic bench so this was lovely to have this year and great to be able to sit outside and enjoy the sun in the evening. The beds are so comfortable, the caravan is very clean, and in a lovely spot on the caravan site, nice and quiet. Lovely kitchen with essentials to cook in or prepare food to take out for the day. Excellent shower so powerful, and decent sized bathroom. The facilities were the same as last year- gas cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, pots, pans etc, my only advise to future guests is to bring some extra toilet roll, small bin bags and dishwasher tablets. Plenty of storage in the caravan. Graham and Rachael were always on hand at the end of a message if you needed any advise or help.

Location of the caravan was great. The caravan itself was well maintained and very clean.

To have to pay nearly £30 entrance fee per person into the caravan sites main show bar and swimming pool (without having the option to only enter the swimming pool for a fee) was a little disappointing.
