Beautiful, tranquil and an extremely pleasant stay.

We loved the beautiful, peaceful and tranquil location of the hotel. They have made every effort to offer their guests a most pleasant stay from the gardens, ponds and waterfall to the aray of outdoor entertainment facilities for the children and like minded adults. An excellent breakfast buffet and evening meal menu. Extremely clean hotel and rooms throughout. Welcoming and very helpful and friendly staff. Free Lake passes - under 5 minutes walk away with fantastic facilities, a huge plus points for couples and families. An excellent weekend away, would definitely recommend and will absolutely visit this fantastic hotel again.

Pleased to say that we enjoyed every aspect of our weekend trip being somewhat on the fussy side when it comes to choosing the right hotel, we were not disappointed. We travelled from Salzburg to stay here and was most definitely worthwhile.

Location was nice building from the outside looks absolutely nice lot of parking lots existing cocktails we tried where nicely prepared

service personal was not friendly/ enthusiastic breakfast was not extraordinary as announced on booking - it was barely ok (buns were not fresh) room was absolutely clean but not well cared - lampe burned out & broken clothing hook

Due to Corona, no sauna and wellness open. And on the hotel information in booking.com, it was mentioning availability of bicicles, and they didnt have it there.

Heel fijn verblijf in een mooie omgeving.

Eigenaren waren super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er was aandacht voor elke gast. Het 4 gangen avondmenu was geweldig.

Das Essen ist wunderbar und wirklich ausgesprochen gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend, wenn gleich es wenig Gemüse gab. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Das Haus ist gut gepflegt. Die Hotelbesitzer sind ausgesprochen nett, bemüht und zuvorkommend

Beim Frühstücksbuffet hatte ich das Pech alte, aufgegeben Semmeln zu erwischen. Da ist noch Luft nach oben. Das Springbox-Bett im Zimmer etwas zu weich und an den Seiten sowie an der Rückenlehne bereits verschliessen. Der Fön im Badezimmer ist zu alt, wird schnell heiß und nicht wirklich zu verwenden.

Eine schöne Zeit am Presseggersee

Spontan noch für den Sommer 2025 gebucht und einen Glücksgriff gelandet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Umgebung und der Kärntnerhof sind einfach nur toll! Unbedingt Halbpension buchen! Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Unser Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen (vor allem das Bad),aber das wussten wir,es entsprach den Fotos und es war sehr sauber. Ansonsten gibt es tatsächlich nichts was man negativ benennen könnte.

Der Kärntnerhof ist einfach nur genial! Ein herzhafter Familienbetrieb mit außergewöhnlicher Küche - wirklich eine sehr nette & freundliche Familie- top Frühstücksbuffet und meeeega 5 gängiges Menü am Abend 🤩....da es uns so gut gefällt waren wir " Wiederholungstäter" und heuer wieder hier einquartiert und der Zugang zum Presseggersee schräg gegenüber - ein Traum

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden jeder Zeit wieder Im „Kärtnerhof“ Urlaub machen.Frühstück und Abendbrot (HP) waren sehr gut und ließen keine Wünsche offen .Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt mit guten Essen

Das Essen war hervorragend und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Man ist auf die Lebensmittelallergien von meiner Frau eingegangen. Leider war unser erstes Zimmer ím zweiten Stock, aber wir konnten problemlos auf ein Zimmer im ersten Stock wechseln. Das Hotel ist nahe zum Strand. Dort gibt es einen Ruhebereich und zu unserer Urlaubszeit war es dort sehr ruhig. Daher konnten wir uns gut erholen. Es gibt auch eine E-Auto Ladestation dort, die man gegen Aufpreis benutzen kann.

Das hat jetzt nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun. Das Strandbad hat dort auch schon bessere Zeiten erlebt gehabt. Die Gastronomie dort war leider noch nicht offen. Daher mussten wir mit dem Boot zum Nachbarstrand fahren. Sonst war der Strand und der Sanitär Bereich sehr sauber.
