Hotel is in a great location, near to the city centre and only 2-3 minutes walk from the central station. And staff were very friendly and helpful.
Still warm, humid night and no AC, only an electric fan in one of our rooms. Our double room and bathroom was also very small.

Our room no.21 is a Junior Suit with a Luxurious, modern ambiance. Everything's new, so complete. I love it clean. The bed sheets, and bath towels smells clean and wash white. , I also love the black-out curtains after the white thin ones. Small kitchen w/ Complete new machines, eg.refrigerator, coffee machine, water kettle. A big bath tub and apart douche cabin. Location is in center where everything is easy accessible. Very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay.
The wifi is weak. In my part its not a big issue, have it in my phone and after a whole day in Scheveningen Beach we're KO and my boys enjoying watching TV w/c is w/ complete channels. .

The staff were helpful. Canal view was nice as well as the complimentary appetizer. It was very clean and I appreciated the closeness to city center.
It is noisy due to nearness of college kids partying. The electric system was wonky and had to unplug some lamps to turn off and move Nespresso machine to the bedside table for a workable plug.
