Amazing location. Charming hotel. Super friendly staff. I live in Delft and so happy I chose this hotel. I will be retur

The property is perfectly located. Close to the train station and central Delft. It has a beautiful view of the canal and the church. It has a classic feel with modern amenities. Beautiful dining room. What I loved most is that that someone had taken the time to hand write a thank you note for our stay and a hand written card (with a message I provided) as part of the romance package for Valentine’s Day.

The check-in process takes too long.

Great Gem

What a surprise to arrive at. Appears to be a newly fitted accommodation self catering. Excellent eye for decor and attention to detail..it made for a very comfortable stay. Everything we needed and more than we expected. Not much of a view but the inside of the apartment made up for that. Quiet and peaceful when we visited.

We wished we had stayed longer.

Location great, comfortable if very basic room comfy bed.

Annex is 60 doors down the street from the hotel no elevator Had to drag my luggage way down the street after taxi dropped me off. My room up three steep winding flights of stairs narrow staircase and nobody would help me with my luggage upon arrival.. I am in my mid 70s. Struggled to get my luggage down the street and up those stairs. Will not be back.

Lovely location with a really small " But" that could be improved

The city was picturesque. The location of the hotel was perfect for transport to eateries and the museum. The size of your venue was just right and we like locations with some history.

The bed was very uncomfortable unfortunately 😔.

Delf is a beautiful small city, easy to walk around and frat architecture and friendly people.

The location is ideal, the room was large with a double door leading to a small private outdoor area. Enough kitchen facilities to organise breakfast & light lunch.

Great location and lovely room right on the canal. Easy to walk into the centre and to access the train station.

Beds were a bit too soft for me…Memory foam but you do sink in a bit too far !

Superb and well be our preferred stay next time!

We stayed in the annex which is even better placed than the main hotel. Access and the standard of accommodation could not be faulted. Having a fridge was a game changer.

Overly warm for our tastes meant the AC had to go on to counter heat from the structure. .. but a very minor thing vastly outweighted by the positives

The name Annexe. In the UK Annexe implies secondary. I think the old notary office annexe deserves a grander name. It is very well appointed and not secondary and I think a name reflecting it's history and beauty would serve it better.

Great location and a comfortable stay

Great location alongside a canal and close to the historic centre of the city. Very clean, comfy bed, breakfast buffet was good.

We had a “small double” room and whilst the room was as expected from the photos, the en-suite was annoyingly compact. You could hardly move in it.

Exhausted

It’s a beautiful building and lovely staff

There is no soundproofing at all - so I stayed for three nights and didn’t sleep. I was on a work trip and it meant that my days were very long but all on very little sleep.

Small hotel by the canal. Friendly staff. Coffee machine in the room. You can rent a bike. All good except ...

Unbearable heat in the room. Some air -con which did not actually work. And the service door banging like thunder. I would recommend NOT to take room 29 for these reasons.

Pleasant

The location was bad that night. Students had their Owee week in Delft. It was loud, heavy music, much noise on the street. The whole night long. Terrible!

There could be beter windows in the building. Because of the terrible noise on the street But also to remove the heat( and in winter the cold) in the room. The airco didn’t work properly.

The staff is very accommodating (and the dog that was sometimes at the front desk was an added value). The location is very close to the central train station without being in a dingy area typical of those types of locations. It is very short walk (5 minutes) into the main part of Delft. Great location. Rooms are small, but have natural light.

becasue of location it was to us the perfect stay for 1 night

the staff put quite some effort in presenting a nice vegan breakfast, thank you, appricated very much ! Bed was good, no noise pollution from outside

Our room (nr 23) was small, shower in bath tub, stairs towrds 2nd floor a bit narrow bot not a problem as such.
