Horrible

Location is good. Breakfast could be improved

The room temperature is far too low, and adjusting it to 24°C has no effect. The room was extremely cold and noisy which caused me to become ill and I am now off sick from work. Unfortunately, I have also passed this illness on to my wife and children, who are now unwell as well. Thank you, The Social Hub.

The lift was broken. We were on the 9th floor. The notice on the broken lift did not say there was another lift and there were no signs to it.

Spacious clean room

Great location right opposite the train station, we stayed in a room on the top floor that was very clean and had a very comfy big bed and very quiet at night Theres a restaurant downstairs which is convenient if you don’t want to go into Delft. Very short walk to the centre of Delft. I would say that it is attached to university accommodation so the downstairs is buzzing with students studying which we loved but some might not. Also option for baggage storage

Interesting and modern

This hotel looks so cool, such a vibrant atmosphere. Every staff always with a smile, so friendly. It looks so modern and open minded, the room and all facilities looked clean and with vibrant colors. The room had a lovely welcome note with chocolates which is a nice surprise. The location is perfect, the view is beautiful.

Breakfast could be included. Shower water would go from burning hot to freezing cold out of nowhere without touching the temperature manually at all.

Very good location with a great view over Delf. One could wash their clothes there and hold meetings

The duna vas very thick so it was more difficult to regulate temperature in summer. Eventually we were given an extra duna cover to use, so we had 2 duna covers to use, instead of the duna with it's cover and then it was ok.

A nice cozy place to stay near the central station in Delft. Excellent location.

A great location in Delft just a short walk from the city center, and very close to busses and the central train station. Small, cozy room with easy check-in.

We wish the room was cooler temperature wise, but our room had windows that opened so we could cool the room that way instead of the air-con. It was a simple room with few amenities.

So convenient location, really next to the train station and the city center! Helpful personnel! Also, the hotel facilities are very modern.

I suggest not to include breakfast - although it was good. It is better to order from the menu as you have more delicious options.

Nice rooms, nice hotel overall

Water pressure is non-existant in the shower, and the breakfast was very badly organized - we stayed in a lot of Social hub hotels and this one was a bit disappointing.

Great location, reasonable price. I like the overall hotel concept as well. Location is very convenient, right next to the station. Breakfast was decent, as usual hotel breakfast.

The room could be cleaner. There were hair clippings in and around the sink and the provided glasses were not clean either. I found the art in the room a bit annoying but guess that's the matter of personal taste.

Fantastic choice for short stays, great location

Location was fantastic — the first building you see when exiting Delft train station. Room was very minimalistic in a good way. Definitely a great location for a short stay. Walkable to main square and great restos.

Requested days in advance for our two rooms to be located near to each other, checked in approximately one hour after check-in time and was originally assigned rooms on level 2 and 7. Spent about 20 mins at reception for them to move bookings around and was told, you should have checked in earlier if you had such a request. Idgi but ok. Bins were not emptied in one of our rooms when we checked in (rest of rooms were impeccably cleaned though, so probably just an oversight). Paid for late check-out (25 euros for a two-hour extension) but housekeeping wasn’t aware. Housekeeping staff were very sweet and polite while checking with us so it’s more of a front desk issue.

Excellent location in Delft

Excellent location. We were on the top (10th) floor, in a corner room with stunning views. Opposite the train station. Lovely shampoo and conditioner products. Love the social hub vibe. The continental breakfast was amazing but the hot choice was limited. Italian restaurant 2 minutes walk away, Pavarotti's in the old rain station was very good. City centre was an easy walk away. Would thoroughly recommend a boat trip around the canals of Delft. Kettle in room with filter coffee bags and various tea options.

The bed was very very uncomfortable. We were in a Kingssize room but 1/3 of the bed was unusable. Hopefully they will change this.

What a Wonderful Hotel Concept

What a wonderful concept! We loved the sense of community, laundry facilities, large room with a view, air conditioning, heloful and friendly staff, fabulous breakfast, good value for money. We'll be looking for The Social Hub wherever we travel. Thanks!

Enjoyed my stat and trip in Delft. Would defo recommend!

Crew were very nice. I forgot to get the name of the lovely lad who helped me charge my phone even after checkout, because I forgot my adaptor. Location is perfect - beside the train station and short walk to attractions, yet quiet. Nice little touches in the room - a variety of filter coffee and tea, power socket with usb, device to measure water consumption in the shower. My room is on top floor with 5 windows giving a 180ish view of the town. There’s a gym, washing machines and cool seating and work spaces.

A bit of delay in the turn over of room. There’s 2 of us waiting for checkin past 3pm. With such size of hotel, somehow there’s probably some vacant rooms so don’t have to wait for cleaning to finish? Anyway I liked the room I got. Can’t seem to control the water temp. It goes back to hot even if I dial it down. Looks like there’s only one lift and there’s high demand for it including the cleaners so it’s very slow. Wouldn’t mind the “free workout stairs” but not with luggage.

Modern, cosy and amazing stay!

Amazing experience! Me and my fiance celebrated her birthday and they really accommodated us with some extra touches! Beds were comfy, bathroom roomy, everything was clean, amazing laundry and common areas, staff was very approachable and helpful with all our needs. The view was also amazing with the sunset and then the night over the city, will definitely go there again, in Delft or if I see it in other cities!

Very nice hotel right across from Delft station. Modern design. Think the hotel doubles as a co-working/student space. Easy check in and breakfast was very good. Room was comfortable with free tea/coffee.

A holiday beyond our expectation!

We enjoyed being in a very friendly place and at the same time have our privacy. The staff members were very helpful whenever we needed help with something. We found the location ideal to travel to different places.
