It was ok but no charm and basic service.
Staff was young and not too helpful. When asked for suggestion for a dinner restaurant, they sent us, two women in their seventies, to a very basic pub for young people with indifferent food.

Outstanding service from start to finish, Staff are amazing. Communication from the second I booked online until check out was 100% Beautiful Hotel, in a perfect location to vist the wonderful city of Delft... We can not wait to come back :)

Wonderful hotel!!!
We loved this hotel in Delft. It was so warm and inviting from the minute you walked in the door. The staff were exceptionally lovely and helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Parking was convenient and safe. We can't recommend this hotel enough, and if we could rate it higher than 10, we would happily do so.

Great stay but heating in room couls be better
The hotel is beautiful, great location. Clean and tidy. Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming
1) Our room was very cold, and no heating in bathroom, felt cold breeze during night 2) Breakfast staff were not friendly, I ordered a soft fried egg, sunny-side up, but it was hard and made easy over. My partner’s had same request and his was perfect.
