We stayed in the junior suite for 4 nights with our bernese mountaindog. The room was very spacious and nice, and had a small kitchen as well as a huge bathroom. Stairs were narrow and steep, but our 6 years old dog could manage them. Overall a very pleasant stay, really close to the center and the central station.

Very unpleasant check in experience. Incompetent member of staff on reception with little to no knowledge of the hotel and demanded a deposit payment - despite the booking stating only tourist tax would be required at the property. I am a solo female traveller who was travelling on business, checking in late in the evening and really didn’t appreciate the way I was spoken to, the fact I had already paid for the room in full but was refused the room key until I handed over a deposit payment that wasn’t specified on my booking clearly - and to add to this, the lady on reception had no knowledge of how this deposit can be refunded if you did not own a credit card or an EU bank account (I was travelling from UK and only had a virtual company credit card with me.. which they refused to use for the deposit - despite this same card being the one used to pay for the room itself). I was very upset and stressed by the experience until management was available the next day to speak to and resolve the issue. The room was comfortable enough for a very short stay, but I would not stop here again and urge solo travellers to avoid this hotel. The room has no sound proofing it was incredibly noisy the entire time, banging from the room above, noise from outside the window etc, sounds of water running through pipework from neighbouring bathrooms. The bathroom had an awful smell coming from it, and during breakfast hours the entire hotel and my own room smelt of cooked food e.g. bacon/smoke.

This hotel was close to the train station and the lovely historical core of Delft. It was nice to be along the canal, and to be close to a variety of restaurants and cafes.

The hotel is in a great location, about a 5-minute walk from the station. The staff were very helpful. The room was very spacious, quiet, had a spacious bathtub, and was clean and almost perfect. The only disappointment was that the electric kettle in the room had not been cleaned properly. It seems that the previous guest had used it to cook with oil. I asked the staff to replace the kettle, but there was no spare. I brought two cups and got hot water from the hot water heater in the dining room.

Nice 3star hotel in downtown Delft. From my room there was a nice view on the old channel. Very close to everything. The rent bikes even if we don't. Quality breakfast. It is missing an afterhour service. Room was clean

Excellent staff, well placed for a short walk to the city centre. Unfortunately, as it is a short walk from the city centre it is very noisy at night. We were woken each night after 1am. Breakfast is excellent, unless you get a coach party in, like we did, we just couldn't get seated one morning. Did we enjoy it, yes. Would we come back, probably not.

We had a room in the annex building, about a 5 minutes walk, towards the city center, from the main hotel building. The room was great, nice and clean, looked recently renovated and was in good shape. We did have to climb 2 stairs as there is no elevator in the annex building.

We rented bicycles on site, very easy to get around. This hotel is in a good central location. The hotel is nice, clean and has a good balance of new amenities with old styles. The breakfast is good with a variety of foods on offer.

Excellent room and service, however steep and narrow stairs to climb and I had minor issue to find the room. Given the perfect weather it was no issue to be 200 m away from breakfast and reception, but I can imagine in heavy rain...

excellent spot canal side, close to the train station and city center. I was delighted by how big & nice the room was. One tip for others, I was placed in the "Annex" which is down the street a few blocks from the main hotel. Not a huge problem for me, but something to mention - a bit of walking to breakfast. Breakfast was well worth the price! Had fun renting a bike as well

The hotel was pleasant but not amazing for the price. Good location and nice bedding. But no extra touches that I would expect for the cost. The only toiletries provided was a bar a soap and a body/hair wash dispenser. So, no complaint as such it just didn’t feel anything special for the cost

Location was near perfect. Our large deluxe room overlooking the canal was a big plus. The train station and the old town were real close. Parking was a walk away and an occasional loud drunk across the canal isn’t the hotel’s fault.

The accommodations were not in the hotel but in an annex which was supposed to be a 2 minute walk from the hotel. That 2 minute walk was more like 10 minutes. I had a suite but it was on the third floor and no elevator but 40 very dangerous winding steps, which I could handle but not getting two suitcases up and down. The hotel does not provide any help so I had to take the two carry ons up myself (very very difficult) if you are in your 80's. Now the unit was supposed to have air conditioning. That did not work and on the last day of my 5 day stay the suite was 85 degrees. When I opened the windows for air, the noise level was terrible and the hotel did warn me about the noise and provided two sets of ear plugs which were in the suite on arrival. The staff at the hotel close to two blocks away were very nice, but the annex suites detracted from the overall experience.

The proximity of this hotel to the train station and to center city was perfect. We easily walked to restaurants, shops, sites, and the market. Everything was to high standards.

Really close to the picturesque centre, but also to the station. Room small but comfortable, especially the bed. Problem with the radiator, which did not always come on. A portable heater was provided, but this was less efficient and a bit noisy. Heating system probably needs a fix. Otherwise great, I will use this hotel next time I go to Delft.

This is a wonderful small canal-side hotel a short walk from the train station and the sights of Delft’s historic town center. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent, with plenty warm and cold options.

Great hotel in historic building. Check in was easy, staff incredibly friendly, room very clean. Looks like there has been recent refresh in bathroom and bedroom. Portable A/C worked great. Bed and pillows comfortable. Earplugs are provided due to outside noise but they aren’t the “strongest” ones available. Be sure to ask for ground floor if stairs are a problem as there’s no elevator. Very convenient to train station and town. Highly recommended and would definitely return.
