The Social Hub Delft Extended Stay

Excellent location immediately adjacent to the Delft train and bus station. The venue is focussed on University student accommodation but as a non-student / mature traveller, this never felt uncomfortable. The standard of the rooms exceeded my expectations for a 3-star hotel and I particularly liked the laundry facilities and the way they integrated use of the machines into a live application.

The bedding and pillows were not particularly comfortable but that's really about it.

Everything. Location, staff, comfort, amenities, price. All very good.

Location The hotel’s location is unbeatable. It is right across from Delft Railway Station, the bus station, and the tram stop. Delft city centre is just about 2 km away, and reaching Amsterdam Central, the airport, or other parts of the country is effortless. Hospitality & Staff The front desk staff are extremely courteous, and the restaurant team (at STACH) go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. A special thanks to Yasmin and Yashir, who were exceptionally kind and helpful. Food – Vegetarian Friendly As a pure Indian vegetarian, I was pleasantly surprised by the number of vegetarian options available. The breakfast buffet was also quite good—if you book it the night before, it’s €17, otherwise €21 on the same day. Rooms & Amenities The rooms are neat and tidy, with modern bathrooms. I was lucky to have one with a small kitchen (utensils included), which turned out to be a big plus. Room service is done once a week, and they do a thorough job of cleaning. Room keys are digital, doubling as access to the hotel and elevators—adding a layer of convenience and security. There are also washing machines and dryers, which means you can travel light without worrying about laundry. Facilities The hotel has a well-equipped gym, table tennis tables, and office spaces. The overall design is modern, lively, and very aesthetic, making it not just a hotel but an experience. Final Thoughts Whether for a short or long stay, The Social Hub Delft is an excellent choice. It’s lively, convenient, comfortable, and truly guest-friendly. I would love to come back here on my next visit to the Netherlands.

Some utensils had a fungus kind layers which had to be cleaned. That could have been cleaned before the room was allocated. But this is more nitpicking. Overall nothing specific to say here. Would reall stay here again when i come back to Netherlands.
