Close to city center, that was all.

draft because window did not close. Dirt and grime all around. Old furniture still in the unit. Sink too small, all around just badly built and finished.

Great location, but thats it

The bed

There was moldy bread in the fridge of the previous people who stayed, basically no noise isolation at the windows so you heard everything outside. But outside could hear you too. And the shower head just laid there, couldn't be mounted at the wall

Good central location. Right in the heart of the old town.

Nothing like the photos. Disappointingly small. Housekeeping non-existent, with some sections of the room looking like they have never been cleaned. Of the 2 staff members I interacted with, only 1 of them was helpful. The other sat on her phone outside while I waited at the reception desk for over 10 minutes waiting for assistance.

Location was great, I didn't have breakfast.

I booked this hotel because of the location which was perfect. I was aware that it was cheaper than other options available at the time so my expectations were not high! The room was fairly awful, very basic. There wasn't even a kettle to make tea. These days every hotel I have stayed in, no matter how simple, has tea/coffee making facilities. There was a tv but it didn't work, there were no channels showing. The sheets were so cheap and worn it was like sleeping on sandpaper.

Very nice room in the city of Delft, near the train station, quiet after dark, with lots of food shops in the neighborhood.

Decent apartments in a good location!

The location is good if coming by train. Spacious apartments with kitchen and bath as described. We liked the guest balcony. Short walk to city center and train station. There were electric fans in both apartments!

There could have been more pots and pans in the kitchen. We rented two apartments. One apartment had two of one thing and the other had nothing. For example dish soap, dish sponge, coffee cups, and so on. The balcony was nice, but could have been cleaned up a bit more. The stairs are steep and difficult to climb for people with mobility issues. No elevator.

The room was quite a large room equipped with a useless kitchen. It was dirty and smelly. Most of the things inside the room were partially broken. Probably the worst place i ever sleep in.

Possibly the worst room I have ever stayed in.

- Room was dirty and dusty (massive cobwebs behind every item of furniture). - Walls were dirty (dents and marks). - The carpet was stained. - The bedding was stained. - Furniture was damaged. - There were shoe prints in the bathroom. - Got bit by bugs during the night (not bed bugs thankfully). It's not acceptable to have this level of filth in a room sold for 100 euros a night. i'm not sure when the room was last cleaned. I am never staying in this hotel again.

Need Written Instructions for Appliances

Excellent location. The young man was very friendly and helpful. We could have two keys. Our room was huge with three tall windows overlooking two canals.

No instructions about how to use the microwave and the induction stove. Ideally these would be brief and in English. I had to request help to turn off the stove and did not manage to bake potatoes in the microwave. Extra charge if want to leave after 11. Disappointing that the pretty blue carpet in the pictures was replaced by a grey one.

Hotel Noire is really well located (close to both train station and main square) and the staff are very helpful & friendly. The room was small, as expected, but had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was fresh and complete.

Location good, cleanliness and maintenance not good.

The accommodation's central location is great for exploring the old town.

The shower was unclean: the previous guest's soap was sitting on the shower valve and the shower head had soap residue from previous use. There was a half finished toilet roll provided. The trashbin's size is not appropriate to hosting guests. Larger bin size would be needed. The pictures of the hotel showed a room with a kitchen unit, while the room did not have a kitchen unit. Please make it clear which pictures show which room. Currently the pictures are misleading and we bought food that needed warming up! A kettle was promised in the description but was not provided. The small fridge was unplugged and it was leaking water onto the hotel carpet when we arrived. The price of the accommodation was relatively high, and we did not think that for this price such shortcomings are fair/acceptable. Especially if a place claims to be a 4-star hotel. For the price we expected cleanliness and close attention to the comfort of visitors. It's a pity, the location of the hotel is good, and it would be easy to run it as a superclean, neat place.

This is a noisy street corner in the late evening

Great location - but a very noisy corner with party goers Lovely sunny room in the afternoon. Courtyard facing would be quieter but much colder in the winter. Perfect for the summer months. No glasses or coffee cups in the room. You must request this.

Locatie, voor de rest een aanfluiting.

Ik had geboekt. De kamer ligt met mooi uitzicht op de gracht. We moesten ons melden in een hotel daarnaast gelegen. Sleutel in handen gedrukt gekregen en bij binnenkomst het trapportaal in. Dan vraag je je gelijk af of je wel de juiste kamer hebt gereserveerd. In de grote kamer overal tapijt tot in de keuken aan toe. Het tapijt ruikt en dat gaat niet meer uit je neus. Bed was opgemaakt, maar daar was dan ook alles mee gezegd. De hoes vol vouwen en er snel overheen getrokken. De hebt geen goed gevoel bij dat bed en dan met name het gevoel dat dat bed er al eeuwen staat. We gingen naar een voorstelling in Delft en bij thuiskomst was het erg koud in de kamer. Later kwamen we erachter dat de thermostaat op 15 stond. Mijn vriendin stond met shampoo in haar haar onder de douche en wilde uitspoelen, maar de douche werd óf gloeiend heet óf ijskoud. Dat was voor ons de druppel. Het telefoonnummer op de site gaat over naar een antwoordapparaat. Daarna werd ik via Booking doorverwezen naar een 06 nummer om iemand langs te sturen. Daar heb je op dat tijdstip geen zin meer in. Ik had aangegeven dat we ervoor hadden gekozen naar huis te gaan. Ik had al voor het ontbijt betaald. Dat werd gevraagd bij binnenkomst. Ik had mijn gevoel moeten volgen. Ik heb nog wel gevraagd of dat bedrag retour gestort kon worden. Daar heb ik ook niets meer van gehoord. Kortom een deceptie. Echt heel heel slecht.

Kamer in verbouwde 'schuur'

Locatie is top, dichtbij het centrum, de Oude kerk loop je in 3 min. heen. Ontbijt, eenvoudig, maar alles aanwezig. Prijs is okay.g

Kamer in voormalige schuur of iets dergelijks achter een pand. Je loopt via de gang, door een vage ruimte weer achter naar buiten en daar is een gebouwtje omgebouwd tot kamer. Het was er heel koud, verwarmen moet met de airco, dat duurt een poos en de badkamer kent geen verwarming. Na het douchen heel veel condens aan de koude muren. Het warme water was na 1x douchen op? Boiler? Zacht bed en te stevig kussen, maar daar kunnen we wel mee leven. In de zomer is het er waarschijnlijk beter te doen, je kunt ook buiten zitten: 2 stoeltjes, maar verwacht geen gezelligheid.

Douche had alleen ijskoud water. Personeel reageerde daar heel gelaten op. Kamer was koud, niet warm te krijgen. Geen extra deken aanwezig Ontbijt was heel minimaal. Kleine afbakbroodjes Kortom waardeloos hotel, alleen de lokatie aan de gracht van Delft was mooi

Huone oli kodikas ja lämmin, ilmastointi säädettävissä. Aamiainen oli niukka, mutta juuri riittävä. Se sisälsi kylmiä leikkeleitä, leipää ja munia sekä pekonia. Aamiaishuone oli viehättävä ja siinä oli näköala kanaaliin.

Hotellia ja sen vastaanottoa oli vaikea löytää, koska sillä ei ollut näkyvää kylttiä. Vastaanotto oli toisen nimisessä hotellissa. Huone oli kuitenkin vastaanoton viereisessä rakennuksessa. Sen ulko-ovi tuntui epäluotettavalta. Aamiaisen tarjoilupöytä oli ahdas ja ruokaa joutui jonottamaan, mutta istuinpaikkoja oli riittävästi.

Hôtel correct mais sans plus sans parking privatif alors qu'annoncé.

L'hôtel est bien situé dans la ville. La vue est agréable depuis les chambres. Le petit déjeuner est tout à fait correct.

Un parking est annoncé alors qu'il n'y en a pas spécifiquement pour l'hötel!!!! On peut stationner dans la rue pour 32 euros par jour. Ce n'est gratuit que de minuit à 10H du matin. Les boutons de la douche étaient cassés.

Locatie is perfect, ontbijt was redelijk tot goed.

Het hotel toonde haveloos en groezelig. Vooral in de kamer in de dependance was alles verveloos en er ontbrak van alles en nog wat. Het schilderwerk van de kozijnen afgebladderd, een gat in de badkamervloer, geen plankje en/of verlichting boven de wastafel, los zeefje in de afvoer, geen douchegordijn o.i.d., de gordijnen hingen op halfzeven, lamp op het bedtafeltje kapot, de TV ab werkte niet naar behoren, geen water uit kraan vh ‘aanrecht’. Bovendien zag het er ongezellig uit en kon de verwarming niet hoger gezet worden en bleef lauw. Kortom, een soort studentenkamer, hotelonwaardig.
