The spacious room and the beautiful view of the canal👌. The hotel is very close to the train station and all the sight seeings.

The maintenance can be sharpen up. No bulp in one bedlamp. Problems with drains, dripping water and smel in the bathroom.

Great location next to a lovely canal a few blocks from the train station surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops and all the amenities of old town Delft. Friendly and helpful staff and a really nice breakfast buffet. The blue and white decor is bright and welcoming. The room was spacious and had nice views of the nearby towers of the town. The bed and duvet were comfortable and the bath/shower combo worked fine.
Be forewarned of the extremely steep Dutch stairs. We expected them but still wasn't easy to haul our large roller duffel bags up and down. They're part of the charm of an old Dutch building so just add this in to the equation.

Excellent location, near the station and the city centre. Attractive old building. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom.
Because of lack of space downstairs the breakfast items are displayed in a cramped corner and difficult to find. I really missed having tea/coffee facilities in my bedroom. The staircase is very steep and winding (difficult with a suitcase) and would be impossible for less agile people. Staff were polite but not particularly friendly.
