Outstanding family accommodation

Place is amazing! Beds super comfy. The hottub was fab! Loved how there was plenty for the kids to do ie a play park area with swings and slide. Scooters to play on and swing ball. Also board games available. The views are unreal and the company of cows in the field beside us made for great entertainment.

This is a little gem tucked away outside Kilkeel. If you're looking for peace and quiet it's for you. Yet only a few miles to nearest towns if you want to have a meal, a drink, or shop. Kids are well catered for with board games, swings and slide and also swingball. Definitely the best we've stayed in for a mini break here at home in Northern Ireland.

A gem of an apartment, ideal to visit the Mourne Mountains

The apartment has been beautifully furnished & decorated, with a designer's eye for detail. Everything looks shiny & new. The property is secluded, it must be a couple of hundred metres from the public road. Here it is on Google Maps: https://maps.app.goo.gl/BXoNLVBVyveq8Qdn6 The owners welcomed our group & had left out fresh bread & scones, plus bottled water. The kitchen is well-equipped. The living-room & the beds are quite comfortable. The spacious bathroom has centrally heated water, plus an electric shower; hot water is always available for a shower. The outdoor hot-tub has views of a mountain & of green fields. Young cows were grazing & resting peacefully just beyond the wall, when we visited.

Great views, great craic, and a great price.

Such a lovely location. Google Maps led us straight there. Brilliant view of Carlingford Lough. Only about 10 minutes from the nearest village of Rostrevor and only 5 minutes to the beach! Very quiet area, perfectly serene. Lovely hosts also who were very accommodating! The hot tub is the cherry on top.
