Genuine listing, property as details and photos. House is large, lounge and conservatory very comfortable, beds comfortable, showers are very good, towels and linen all ok, the conservatory is wonderful , really relaxing with a field full of cows behind so a peaceful place to be. The road isn't too busy but is a fast road so road noise is present, wouldn't be an issue at all other than windows on both front facing rooms don't close properly, not an issue for most and generally quiet. Really efficient under floor heating made the whole house really nice and warm on colder days. We were 5 adults and although there are 5 good double beds the house is really suited to 5 or 6 people. Both the lounge and conservatory have seating for 5, the dining table has 6 chairs and most unusually there is a real shortage of crockery, literally 5 dinner plates and 2 mugs (this could easily be sorted obviously but mentioning because the listing talks about large groups and doing all the cooking), generally the kitchen just about has most things you need, lack of microwave also unusual. It is a really nice property, could without much effort be an incredible large group property as the general space, location and layout are great.

Large light airy house with plenty of space to sit and chat. Large dining table was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Two of the beds were great. Owners instructions were clear. We had a great stay at this property
