Oatlands Self Catering Lets

This holiday home is beautifully presented. Everything regarding the accommodation is beyond expectation. Beds lovely and comfortable, beautiful fluffy towels, stunning windows which open wide. Lovely bathrooms and kitchen is fully equipt. This holiday place is perfect for adults or couples with older children. Not practical for small kids who want to be outside or dogs.

Only disappointed part was there was no private garden or outdoor space for our dogs and children. The front area is open to the road which isn't safe for children or animals. There are beautiful places to go visit, however, for myself, I like to stay in the holiday home I'm in and not have to go out.

-Loved the spaciousness; -Loved the beds-- they were very comfortable for us. -Both bedrooms having an en-suite was very nice. -Was happy to find a hoover to make me more comfortable. -I did like that our fur baby was welcomed, and was happy that she adapted well to staying only on the main level. - loved the location

I didnt like that washing up liquid was not Included. Nor hand soap in the bathrooms and water closet. I didnt like that nowhere on the listing it said you had to bring your own cleaning supplies. In fact, I know it listed cleaning supplies as an amenity. But two dishwasher pods are hardly " cleaning supplies". It would be better to note that there are limited cleaning supplies. I didnt like dirty cupboards and silverware drawer crumbs. I cleaned silverware drawer. I didnt like dirty dishes with dishwasher grit- because the cleaner didnt check them. I didnt like the dirt and grit in the bottom of dishwasher-- probably the filter doesn't get cleaned regularly. So I washed our dishes by hand. I didnt like that I had to hoover the drawers in the bedroom. -I didnt like that I felt uncomfortable in the kitchen until I did a bit of cleaning. - I didnt like that the oven was broken and could not bake the planned pizzas

Everything about the cottage was great rooms were huge. Plenty storage space. Everything clean and tidy.

Location is a bit far out if you don't have a car. Some local taxi drivers didn't know where it was.

Lovely, clean, spacious and exactly what we needed. Plenty bathrooms and very comfy beds.
