Spotless, cosy feeling, but spacious.

Very easy check-in, great house with lovely walks across the road, playground and pond. The house was very spacious, spotless and stocked with everything you need, which was amazing... tea, coffee, sugar, milk, soaps, shampoo... even the fire was ready and set up. Garden is lovely too, although we didnt use it on account of the weather, but would be wonderful in the summer. Definitely a return trip...

Best Host in Northern Ireland

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Fairway House and I cannot say enough about the incredible hospitality and warmth I experienced during my stay. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the host went above and beyond to make the visit memorable. First and foremost, the property itself was great. It was not only clean but had all the amenities one could wish for. I felt right at home the moment I stepped through the door. It also has an incredible location next to the train station and downtown area of Carrickfergus. The host himself truly sets this experience apart. From the very beginning, he was incredibly communicative and responsive, making the booking and check-in process seamless. Throughout the stay, the host continued to impress with his dedication to ensuring our comfort. He was always available to answer questions, provide amazing food recommendations, and offer assistance in any way they could. It felt like having a trusted friend in a new city. One particular moment that stands out is when we mentioned our interest in local history. The host not only recommended visiting one of the most iconic historical monuments in Carrickfergus but also drove us to see it. This kind of personalized touch is what truly made this housing experience exceptional. The check-out process was smooth and the host made sure to follow up with me to ensure I had a pleasant stay. In conclusion, I can confidently say that the host is the epitome of a superb host. His commitment to providing a top-notch experience, coupled with genuine kindness and attention to detail, made my stay truly unforgettable.
