Enjoyed our stay in Florence.

Loved the location. We parked the car and walked everywhere. Unfortunately our rental car window was broken out and some personal items were stolen. We don’t know which day it occurred since we were there for multiple days. It is a keyless entry system. You call a number on your cell phone and hang up then the main door to the building opens. You enter a key code into your bedroom door and it unlocks. It was actually a very good, easy system.

My car got broken into on the street.

Someone walked into our room at night and said it was their room. Clearly it was double booked and hosts didn’t even bother to sort the situation out.

AWFUL - no check in instructions until 1 hour AFTER check in time

Worst rental experience ever. We didn’t receive any communication from the host about how we check in. I chased in the morning of our arrival, again that afternoon, again 1 hour before check in and still nothing. I ended up on the phone to booking.com and finally received check in instructions more than one hour after check in. No apology, no acknowledgment of their error. Totally a stressful day and highly stressful day. The room itself is also not as you’d expect - not luxury at all. Empty picture frames on the wall. Broken toilet roll holder. Dusty bathroom. Dirty laundry left outside our room all day and night. Do not stay here. Other reviews have similar experiences.

lovely lovely place!

It is so lovely place! we are really inspired by this place. It is not only about clean and comfortable. It is very clean and comfortable of course. But it is about many many tiny things which do your staying he with so much pleasure. For example teapot with orange tea and lovely cups and delicious sweets on it , coffee -machine, nice decor, lovely set of shampooes , cold water and etc. So, it is totally recomendable for staying with your couple in magic quiete place near the river, but so close to the center. thank you very much!

Comfortable room in good location

Comfy, clean and nicely styled room. Good location right on the river although no view from our balcony.

Didn't learn how to access our room or hear from our host until right before check in which was a bit of a worry. Especially when we didn't have much WiFi. But when we did hear from them about 1 hour before, they were really helpful and clear on how to get in

The location is quite nice if you want to explore the city without taking the car

- the rooms were not soundproof at all, we could actually hear the whole conversation next door. - no mattress protection between the bed and the sheets (!!) and that is unacceptable) - overpriced for a bnb (190€)

I was just counting the minutes to leave that place

Nothing I liked at this property. It is located in a loud road and it’s impossible to sleep with the noises.

The rooms didn’t have a cabinet for clothings; not safe box; the bathroom didn’t have a toilet paper holder; or place to put your soap on the shower. Overall, very unpleasant place to be

Central location in a wonderful cultural gem.

No breakfast but one coffee pod each was provided with no instructions on how to use the machine. Although the space was well furbished, very clean and pleasant, the room was small to the extent that there was only access to the bed from one side. However it was perfectly adequate for a one night stay and very comfortable. The decor was of a high standard and tasteful although the cleverly taken photographs suggested much larger public spaces. Although ear plugs were thoughtfully provided, we did not experience any loud noises and felt that it was a quiet location right in the city. Even with the few reservations, I would still recommend the property to friends. Overall we had a positive experience but I was left contemplating the definition of "luxury".

From the outside of the building, there are no signs to suggest you have the correct door. It was agreed that I would check in at a certain time and therefore I expected to meet someone at that time. When we were faced with a locked door and no way of knowing if it were the correct one, I looked up my booking on my phone to discover I had been messaged that day with instructions of how to self check in. If I had known well in advance that this was the system, it would have saved quite a bit on uncertainty and time standing in the heat with my wife thinking I had messed up.

Comfortable accommodations in a good location

The room was conveniently located near popular attractions, while being away from the most congested areas of town. The room was comfortable and clean.

There was a little street noise in the morning, although I am sure it was less than it would have been in busier areas of town. The host provided ear plugs in the room to help address potential noise.

Prezzo alto per la qualità offerta

La camera si trova in un palazzo antico, ristrutturata bene, posizione buona, facile accesso in autonomia al palazzo e alla stanza. Sono presenti acqua calda, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti, c’è una buona temperatura. Ci sono bollitore per acqua calda e macchinetta del caffè con cialde e bustine di the. É presente phon e ferro da stiro.

Mancavano sapone nel dispenser, dopo la prima notte abbiamo fatto rifare la stanza ed é sparita la carta igienica, inoltre mancavano alcuni accessori nel bagno (porta asciugamani, porta carta igienica), mancava set di cortesia e la stanza era poco illuminata. La pulizia è stata buona ma ho trovato un reggiseno sotto al comodino probabilmente dei clienti precedenti. La stanza é un po’ rumorosa, si sentono le voci delle persone per strada (soprattutto di notte) e delle stanze a fianco, essendo poi nella stanza davanti al portone d’ingresso si sente il rumore d’apertura del portone ogni volta. La tavoletta e la ciambella del wc erano rotte (instabili e precarie). C’era solo un appendiabiti esterno con 4 grucce che fungeva da armadio, non c’è cassetta di sicurezza.

La ubicación es buena.

El baño se inundaba y a pesar que lo hablamos con el propietario no se hizo nada para evitar eso cuando era muy sencillo hacerlo. Incluso grabe videos y fotos para tener las pruebas y el dueño ni siquiera me las pidió para comprobar el hecho. La chica de limpieza excelente. Tampoco envio con anticipación los datos para el ingreso. Los tuvimos que solicitar cuando llegamos, lo cual no es bueno.

La pulizia, l'ordine, gli odori del bagnoschiuma, la tempestività con cui risolvono gli inconvenienti e le richieste da me fatte. Minibar gratuito che in genere non è mai presente in altre strutture dove paghi anche 3 euro per una bottiglietta d'acqua.

La porta di ingresso comune al piano in cui è ubicata la struttura, è rumorosa. Andrebbe rivisto il meccanismo di apertura per renderlo silenzioso.

Sehr zentrale Lage, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit – wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Nachbarn waren super freundlich und haben gute Tipps gegeben. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

La posizione Lungarno è buona e gli automatismi per entrare hanno funzionato bene.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile alla Residenza d’Epoca Ponte Vecchio, nel cuore pulsante di Firenze. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: a due passi dal celebre Ponte Vecchio, ma in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, ideale per godersi la città senza rinunciare al relax. La struttura è un vero gioiello, curata in ogni dettaglio e ricca di fascino storico. Le camere sono eleganti, spaziose e pulitissime, con arredi d’epoca che creano un’atmosfera raffinata e accogliente. La vista dai balconcini è mozzafiato, soprattutto al tramonto. Il personale è stato impeccabile: accogliente, disponibile e sempre attento alle nostre esigenze. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati fin dal primo momento. Un ringraziamento speciale va alla direzione per la gentilezza e la professionalità.
