Clean and spacious. Excellent location and had everything you could need for a few days away. The milk in the fridge was a nice touch but things like salt & pepper even clingfilm and washing up liquid were appreciated. A lovely welcome pack too.

The property had everything you require for a stay, the kitchen was fully stocked with crockery, cutlery, pots pans etc,
It was great having coffee tea bags sugar and a pint of fresh milk available, ideal for a quick cuppa as soon as you arrive especially after a long drive, a nice touch was; bottled water and a couple of cans of Irn Bru not forgetting the packet of lovely shortbread, bed was super comfortable living room had great views of McCaigs tower especially at night when lit up. Overall a nice clean warm comfortable place to stay peaceful and quiet,
Julia was very pleasant and helpful and had the heating on for when we arrived
Really enjoyed our stay and will be back for a few more nights
Personally we found the property a little difficult to find, however Julia was excellent in guiding us Ito the property

What a fantastic annexe, spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, and really well equipped.
Perfect location for exploring Oban and beyond.
The only criticism would be that the bath plug isn't the right fit for the hole. We did manage to make it work luckily as a bath was welcomed after a long day walking.
