The flat was warm, cosy and in a beautiful location. The hosts were amazing and quick to respond.

The flat was clean and cosy. The hosts were really quick to respond to anything we needed and let us when we arrived. (Which was quite late). All the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The host had made sure we had everything we would need, exceeding our expectations with touches such as chocolate in the fridge and lactose free milk sachets. (Which we forgot to bring).

A great place, with a wonderful view, comfortable for a family of four and I especially loved the quite and solid neighbourhood.

Excellent base for a short visit close to Delapre Abbey and Northampton Centre.

Lovely apartment in old part of village a few minutes walk from pub and facilities. Comfortable bed and good shower with friendly hosts. On the first evening we saw a fox at the bottom of the garden

Limited kitchen facilities (no oven and small microwave) and bathroom a bit cramped ( the problem with converting an old building).

Amazing

The host was welcoming on arrival and even provided a tour of the property. It's a quiet and private location and the property is extremely well-equipped with all facilities required for your stay. We stayed 2 nights but the property had everything for a longer stay and was very spacious. Plenty of parking space. The property was clean throughout and we would definitely stay there again in future. Thanks Noel and family.

Lovely quiet spot, large bedroom, comfortable bed and leisure room with darts and gym equipment is a great addition. Host Noel very friendly and welcoming, provided us with recommendations in the area.

Just the job! Very comfortable. Quirky, but much better value than sterile Premier Inn!

Excellent Value. Excellent modern facilities. Very helpful host. Lots of great touches like coffee, tea milk and bread (Along with snacks) were there for us when we arrived. There was also a full range of condiments and even cereal. Very comfortable and large double sofa bed. Air conditioning! Interesting 'mini' gym!

Very modern shower and toilet could be slightly 'tight' for larger guests. As this is a basement apartment, not a lot of natural light. However, very bright internal LED lighting. After collecting key from key-safe and opening the door into the garden there was a complicated and quirky route into the apartment. However, excellent support from Noel the host got us comfortably installed!

Great stay at very comfy apartment

I spent the weekend at this apartment and had an amazing stay! The place was spotless and had everything I needed. The kitchen was really well-equipped with an air fryer, microwave, and electric hob, which made cooking super convenient. The bed was very comfy, and the apartment had both air conditioning and heating, so it was perfect for any weather. There was also a gym room with a treadmill, exercise bike, and even a dart board – great for staying active or just having some fun. The apartment also had Sky TV, which was a nice bonus for relaxing in the evenings. It's located in a good area, safe and quiet, with everything close by. I highly recommend staying here – it really felt like a home away from home!
