Lovely Apartment, a hidden gem.

Fantastic location. Close to many amenities, shops, and more. Clean and tidy apartment. Quite area. A hidden gem.

Honestly, it comes with stairs, not on ground level. Though on the 1st floor but carrying heavy loads up the stairs or more heavy items will be a challenge.

Lovely break away

The apartment was clean and spacious. Hosts were very accommodating and very easy to contact. Wasn't directly in town which was nice as was quiet but was only a 5-10 min walk to the town centre which was nice :) however there are amenities close by if needed. WiFi was really good! Overall we really enjoyed our stay :)

very very disappointed with the gap between how advertised to reality. Needs to be advertised as flat 41 saw mill court

Grand Prix weekend - the flat is located close to sixth fields park and ride

advertised as Lake View Apartment. No Lake, No View and more flat than apartment. Accepting everything is over inflated Grand Prix weekend I was expecting a lot more from this apartment it smelled like previous guests had smoked heavily (it’s no smoking) it had stains on walls and lampshades - (no parties). When you book a Lake view apartment and it has no such features you’d then settle for clean, comfortable and safe - it struggled with all three of these. Our stay was then impacted further when we arrived at 7.25pm to find the apartment was being cleaned ! we didn’t gain entry until 8pm. It’s the premium weekend of the year with the Grand Prix in town I expected so much more but getting the basics right would have been a start.

A Lovely Stay!

This is the first time I have booked an apartment so I didn't know what to expect. It was very clean, comfortable and easily accessible with bay parking for one car. It felt secure and peaceful.

The beds could really do with mattress and pillow protectors for extra hygiene. The main bathroom needs to have a shower because taking a daily bath is too time consuming.

Scruffy, cheap and nasty interior, no evidence anywhere of a ‘Lakeside Apartment’

The owner was helpful and pleasant

1. Despite it being called ‘Lake View’ there wasn’t any signs of a lake at all. The marketing photograph of the apartment overlooking a lake is completely incorrect 2. It’s located in a grotty area 3. The public landing and walls are all marked and have (pink) graffiti 4. The walls in the apartment are scruffy, there are large black stains on the bedroom carpets, and damp and peeling paint in the en-suite shower room 5. The sofas in the small kitchenette are too small and too low to the floor 6. The TV is too small for the kitchenette area 7. The beds are cheap, zipped together, and shockingly uncomfortable 8. There was noisy crowds outside making a noise at 01.00am and again at 03.00am 9. Everything in this flat was cheap and tired looking 10. It is advertised at 2,799 sq ft when it’s nowhere near this size 11. It’s definitely overpriced - Premier Inns are cheaper and much better quality

Great apartment close to Northampton

The beds were comfy, the shower was great, the rooms were exceptionally clean, check-in was a doddle, parking was fine, great location, well kitted out kitchen

A lovely fresh, clean apartment, with easy access to the countryside, walks and historic Northampton

The location was perfect for our short stay in Northampton. Local shops and supermarket were within 10 minutes walk, as was a good value Indian restaurant at 25 St Leonard's Road. The landscaped Northampton Arm of the Grand Union Canal was nearby, leading to a pleasant riverside walk along the banks of the River Nene towards Northampton.

The double beds were comfy, but to make the accommodation more flexible, they were made up of two singles zipped together. Nevertheless, we had good nights sleep in the quiet location.

A comfortable appartment, close to the town centre.

The appartment is comfortable and clean. A good range of kitchen utensils, and there was tea, coffee, and cereals available. The WiFi worked well. The owners are friendly and very helpful. There was a fault with the heating on the second day, and the owneres were round and had it fixed in less than an hour. The free parking is a bonus. It is located a short walk from the town centre, and a couple of minutes from an ASDA. We had an enjoyable stay, and would happily use this property again.

It would have been nice to have a bigger TV, a minor niggle. Other than that the appartment is excellent.

Apartamento sucio. Había papeles y una botella de agua debajo del sofá. Un rollo de papel higiénico detrás de la mesilla de la habitación. El sofá con manchas. La bandeja de horno sucia. El balconcillo lleno de telarañas. Los tarros de café y te no se han limpiado en mucho tiempo. No había tostador ni champú ni gel en la ducha. El kettle estaba sucio y viejo y no enciende la luz cuando está funcionando. Las persianas están rotas. La campana extractora no funciona. Estaría bien dejar algún paño de cocina.

2ベッドルームだったので、3人で宿泊できてよかった。

基本的に不親切。シンプルな個人の部屋貸しだが、チェックイン直前になって100ポンドのデポジットを銀行振込みするように連絡があり(交渉の末払わず)、鍵の受け渡しも場所は知らされているけれどboxの暗証番号をなかなか教えてもらえない。あるべき駐車証も見当たらない。無料WiFiもどこにも案内がなく、自分たちでルーターを探しました。バスルームのひとつはシャワーなしでした！ Booking.comのアプリ経由でメッセージを送っても、ミーティング中だからと返信に時間がかかり、街中から少し遠い立地でもあり、サービスや設備を総合的にみて、とてもお得とは言えませんし、リピートはないです。
