The property was so clean on arrival, it is equipped with essentials too that you would usually have to take to a caravan holiday. We had an issue with the toilet flushing and the owner came out and fixed it in great time. The price was so affordable within the school holidays compared to the actual sites charges.

The accommodation was superb, excellent quality, spotlessly clean and a very peaceful location. It had everything you need, a full kitchen, 2 toilets, and loads of space.

Very easy to get to and the caravan was very clean
The mattress was very hard and the curtains were not black out so as soon as the sun came up it was very bright so we didn't sleep well

Winter room prices were very cheap. We used this as a base to visit east and west e.g. Cambridge and Oxford.
This particular room was absolutely the furthest from the main gate, do not book this without a car. All the Aquadrome facilities were closed during the winter season (but we knew this). There really isn't anything interesting around Billing.
