Super stay

The caravan was lovely and clean when we arrived. Their was some tea and coffee too for us to have a hot drink. Plenty of space for our large family.

It was cold alot. Understandably its February so it was cold but caravan did not keep its heat.

Book through the caravan park not booking .com got a refund but no compensation for my fuel money unless booking another

Never got to see the property travelled 2 hours to be told the site was closed due to potential flooding. Fair enough as safety first but people booking through the caravan park were told because I booked through booking.com wasn’t told. I called the owner to get the reply sort it through booking.com took a long time to talk to a real person but did eventually get a refund but it was such a hassle.

A home away from home, was nice and cosy had everything one would need for a few nights. Would stay again

Sometimes it felt colder than the thermostat read so although it was set at say 22/23 it felt like 15. No plug near the bed in master bedroom to charge your phone

I would definately stay again, great value and quiet.

Easy to obtain keys via coded lock box. The home was spotless with a full range of towels etc.

The property is located in a far corner of the camp. If you return on foot after a drink it is a long walk. I wish Billing had a shuttle bus.

Good value and clean caravan suitable for large family

Had everything needed, lovely place and generous with the bits and pieces (enough loo roll, soap and tea bags, some places provide bear minimum).

Heating controls had a mind of their own and would say the room was 18-21 when it really felt chiller, finding the property at first was a struggle, the host was very communicative but in the dark it was hard to track down numbers
