Weekend stay at Billing Aquadrome

Spacious caravan, well equipped, lovely welcome pack. Security department quickly fixed issue with boiler.

Carpet dirty, goose poo everywhere outside, no indoor entertainment venue, just an outside one. Was expecting a hot tub but didn't get one, but booked through booking.com so maybe issue with their booking system.

Excellent, spacious, clean caravan, central to all amenities, fully recommend.

Great clean and modern caravan, very spacious, contained everything a family needs.

It was a little noisy, but we were on site during a very sunny bank holiday weekend and we had two under 5 year olds that went to bed before 8pm. If you like going out in the evening the noise will be less of an issue.

Great if you have a car. No shops on site for essentials

The static caravan was clean and comfortable

The caravan is so far from the gate you need a car we came for the F1 and didn’t have a car it was 30 minute walk from the entrance. There is no shop on site to get essentials. We ordered an uber eats and the gate staff wouldn’t allow the uber in to deliver the food we had to walk to the gate.

My children didn’t want to go back home and wanted to stay forever 🤣

I absolutely loved our stay here, as we arrived there were two gifts one for the children and a pack of cards for the adults and all details you would need for your stay, which I thought was very sweet and an amazing start to our stay. It was perfect for us we were two separate family’s 4 and 3. 4 adults and 3 children and it was very spacious for all of us. Area was lovely. Lots to do. Friendly staff and people all around! If you want a nice little break away I think this is perfect! Will definitely be back! Thank you!.

Lovely park in a great location with great facilities...would have no hesitation in staying again!

Pleasantly surprised at the size of the park, 230 acres including the lakes, marina, statics, pods, camping area, facilities etc. Very well maintained (new owners I believe) and we stayed in one of the newly refurbished statics. Very easy to book and communication with the park was excellent. We stayed for the F1 weekend so the location was very convenient. Being wildlife and bird lovers, we were also very happy to be surrounded by many species of birds which have the run of the park...geese, swans, gulls, parrots etc. If you have a bird phobia then this place may not be suitable! I would be very happy to stay again :-)

This is not really a dislike, more an observation from our own personal point of view...we booked a 3 bed static with a shower room and a separate w/c, this was fine for 4 of us (adults) as we used the double room and a twin. There was a 2nd twin room which we used as a "dressing room" as the bedrooms themselves are quite "snug". If 6 adults were staying it would be pretty cramped (in our opinion). Again this is just an observation and I have not reduced our ratings because of this!

Great cheap place to stay, communication from the host needs to improve

Good size, clean, Netflix was a bonus for those wet days

Check in wasn’t smooth, I didn’t receive the code for the door and we had to wait over an hour before the security at the park let us in as the phone number given for the host just went to answer phone. They called back four days later!!!
