Wouldn’t stay there again

Close to town, well equipped

It’s next to the loud street and windows are not soundproof. Contact with the owners is horrendous. They are not replying to requests. I asked for an invoice so I could submit it to my employer and after asking for few times (over couple of days using different channels) I got reply “btw you don’t need invoice to claim money back just so you know for future” - oh well thanks I’ll pass the message to my head office… if that’s not enough I got a parking ticket even tho apparently it was “all sorted and paid”. After contacting them they paid it but the whole hassle was not needed.

Central location near the translation and cinema, and with easy walk to the town centre. Very clean

It was great that there was secure parking, and a lift. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was a bonus. All very clean and comfortable. Lovely toiletries and in the kitchen, some tea and coffee etc which was a nice extra touch.

The sofa has seen better days.... and one of the chairs at the kitchen table felt unstable. We didn't know how to work the TV and some instructions should be prepared, we think!

Clean with good facilities. Secure, allocated parking. Chinese and Indian take aways are close by. 10 minutes walk to centre of Northampton.

We were here for the Northampton half marathon. The location was good for the start/finish. Liked having car park space and having Netflix

Initially we had no hot water but we sorted this out. Waste water in main bathroom sink not draining well. Toilet flush in main bathroom leaking. Towels were new but cheap and left fluff everywhere. Sheets could be better. Noise from main road. It may sound like a lot of problems but all small points and for the price it is a fair appartment

Very secure building also quiet, friendly receptionist, clean apartment with good facilities, friendly hosts.

Just some slight delay and confusion with the keys.
