We had a very good experience with the whole process and staying the townhome. The view is beautiful. Home is lovely, perfect for a small family. everything provided by benchmark was good.The cleanliness needed to be better - we couldnt use the chairs n table on porch as those were not cleaned properly and had cobwebs. no free attraction tickets were provided.everything else was great. will definitely stay there again. thank you

We really enjoyed our stay. The views of the ocean are gorgeous. Easy to access the beach. The accommodations were great for our group. We had plenty of space, both indoors and out. The rental was clean, beds comfortable. Management was very attentive.

I want to preface by saying that the property manager apologized and offered to make everything right from a financial standpoint.
We arrived to the property at approximately 5:30 local time. The electronic key pad to the property did not work. At that point, the property manager's office was closed for the day and we were forced to call the "emergency line." This simply prompted me to leave a message. The communication from that point was troubling. I got a broken-up return call from someone about 15 minutes later who couldn't give much guidance at all and who frankly was unhelpful. I'm unsure if the call dropped or she hung-up, but nothing was resolved. I called the "emergency line" numerous additional times requesting an immediate call back. It was an hour and a half later before i got any communication back. To make a long story short, the person I was dealing with said they had gotten a locksmith and that the door was fixed. At that point, my wife and I had already gotten a hotel room 30 minutes away in Destin (we have a young son that had to be settled). The next day, the door was not fixed and it took another hour for a locksmith to be called to come out to open the door. In all we lost almost a full day of time. The unit was fine, location was great. I write this review to suggest that those who rent may want to arrive prior to the property manager's office closing so that they can have a clearer line of communication in the event an issue arises.
