One of the quieter communities along the eastern end of Scenic Highway 30A, Seacrest is perfect for a beachgoer searching for a quiet getaway every day. This peaceful area offers a place to both relax and enjoy a natural beach experience. With gorgeous stretches of uncrowded beaches, Seacrest offers a simpler lifestyle. Camp Creek Lake, one of South Walton’s 15 coastal dune lakes, is the perfect spot to catch a beautiful morning sunrise or enjoy an afternoon outing on your kayak or standup paddleboard. The Village of South Walton has become a small town center for the Seacrest area with varied shopping and restaurant options as well as a general store.

The proximity to the beach is perfect. The three flights of stairs to the beach was rough on a couple of our guests but once a day works. Condo is older but everything is nice. Kitchen is tiny if you have a couple of cooks, but is doable. Owner is easy to reach with any questions and/or issues. There was an extra fridge during our stay and really helped us out with our drinks and additional food. Parking is tight so definitely only two vehicles. There is some parking across and down the street but is usually full.
