The crisp white kitchen overlooks the main living area where everyone can enjoy the turquoise blue views. The dining table is set up in one of the best spots in the home, right at the front of the unit. From here you're able to fully take advantage of your panoramic views. Head out on the oversized balcony for more spots to relax while soaking up the Florida sunshine. You'll even enjoy these views from your master retreat.
Overlooking the sugar white sands and emerald green waters of the beautiful Gulf alongside a Gulf-front pool, we're pretty sure you won't want to leave. But if you do choose to venture out, Tranquillity is centrally located on 30A, just moments away from the Rosemary, Alys and Seaside and all the amazing shopping, dining and entertainment options these unique communities offer.

Tranquillity on the Beach is 20-unit complex that sits high on bluff in Seacrest Beach for beautiful views of the Gulf. Natural beauty abounds at this tranquil beach location with views from both the living room and master bedroom. This Gulf-front complex has a beautiful pool that is heated seasonally, a grilling area and a manicured lawn perfect for picnics and play. Tranquillity is smoke-free both in the building and on the grounds.

Seacrest is a perfect destination with beautiful white sand beaches, coastal dune lakes, open green spaces, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Located near all your favorite 30A communities like Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, and Seagrove Beach, you’ll have swift access to a variety of shopping and dining venues that are spread out along the Gulf Coast. The 19-mile paved bike path that parallels the entire length of the scenic highway 30A makes getting around easy.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

The stay was wonderful! Unit was perfect! Elevator was an issue the whole trip. Door would have delayed opening and got stuck as well. It required us to climb stairs for fear of another issue. Little dogs staying in the complex used the bathroom on the floor of elevator every time they got on and was unsanitary and smelled. Perhaps no dogs on elevator

The gulf views from this wonderful 3rd floor condo were incredible. One of the unique features of this condo is that the Master BR and one of the other bedrooms had king-sized beds and the 3rd bedroom had full-sized bunk beds. The location is perfect in that it doesn't have the crowded beaches like many complexes along 30a, but is conveniently near a Publix store and many restaurants and shops. Our daughter arranged for a Hibachi chef to come one evening for a wonderful dinner and entertainment by the poo. So fun for adults and grandchildren!

Pros:+Beautiful oceanfront views+Condo unit was clean, nicely decorated, well appointed and spacious+Beach wasn't overly crowdedCons:-On-site pool needed some attention. I had to clean it myself each day because there were so many bugs in it. -The front bedroom remained 5 degrees cooler than the rest of the unit. -Operating the stove top wasn't intuitive and it stopped working altogether one evening during our stay.-Tons of stairs down to the beach made taking our beach wagon challenging. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent this unit again in the future.

This condo is beautiful, cleaned well and appointed nicely with furniture. We were very disappointed that the patio door onto the deck did not open our entire stay so people had to disturb the main bedroom guest to get onto the deck each morning. It was broken, and didn't get looked at until 42 hours after we reported it. Then they needed to have a door company come and look at it "in the future". This condo should not be rented out until that is fixed. I was upset that it was not caught on the "inspection" of our room before we could enter or by the cleaning company. The rest of the facilities are old and not well kept. The pool bathroom was unclean, the soap dispenser was empty and had fallen on the ground. The gate code to the trash did not work, so you had to walk the trash all the way around the facility. There was trash left in the stairwell for most of the stay so we had to walk by that daily. Benchmark is very busy with rentals and unfortunately they are unable to address needs during a rental stay.
