Property location was great. There were some issues with the house that were addressed day one with property manager who was very nice. Unfortunately some of the things could not be fixed while we were there.

This was our second visit to this rental home and we will book again! It was everything we needed!

Good: location is great, amenities are good, air worked well, check in was simple.
Bad: TV in main family room is outdated (20” low res in cabinet) only “new TV” is in basement, “new leather furniture” is tired/outdated, linens are not updated, house has a lot of potential, just isn’t cared for. I texted property owner 3x at number listed on the fridge with no answer all week (Lisa 850-819-6936) - disappointing. We had black ants in lower level, all furniture under deck is rusted/outdated. Those new blue chairs were all in plastic in the garage so I got to put all those out to even use the pool area. Pool needs a deep clean - bottom is black.
We have stayed at more than 20 houses with VRBO on these streets and this feels like bait/switch with the listing/reviews posted. My advice is they should deep clean and upgrade as stated in the listing and then get a management company.
