"Let It Be" is a newly renovated three-bedroom home, perfectly located just steps away from everything while still offering a sense of seclusion. This charming home accommodates up to 12 guests, featuring a Master Bedroom on each of the two floors. The third bedroom can sleep up to 4 people with its two queen beds. Each bedroom comes with a private bathroom and a television for added comfort.
The spacious kitchen includes seating for three at the counter, a traditional built-in coffee maker, and an additional standard coffee maker. There's also a wine/beverage cooler in the upstairs Master, ideal for enjoying coffee on the balcony in the morning or a beer or glass of wine in the evening. The upstairs porches provide partial views of the Gulf of Mexico, adding to the home's charm.
The open living and dining area is great for gatherings, with a dining table that seats eight. For outdoor relaxation, the screened porch features two swinging day beds. Just beyond, the beautiful backyard offers a fire pit with ample seating, a cozy hammock, a gas grill, and a Cornhole area. This space is beautifully lit for evening gatherings and conversations.
Nestled in the quaint and quiet neighborhood of Tranquil Shores, a private community with only six homes and a shared pool, "Let It Be" is perfectly positioned on the north side of Co. Highway 30A. It's conveniently close to the amenities of Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, and Rosemary Beach to the east, and The Hub and Seaside to the west. The home also features an outdoor shower with hot and cold water and is located directly across from the pool, with the beach just a two-minute walk away!

Everything about this house and location surpassed expectation! This house was booked for my sister's bachelorette party and it was seriously the cutest! We had 8 girls in total and were entirely comfortable during our stay. The beach access was perfect and pretty secluded (which we love)! We were close enough to all the great restaurants and charming shops without being in all the hustle and bustle (which we also love)! This was our groups first time in the area and I could not imagine a more perfect trip than the one we experienced at Let It Be! I would 100% stay here again and cannot recommend it enough!

Let it Be was just what we needed. Located right across the street from the beach in 30a made it convenient to visit each day and the place was nicely decorated with thoughtful touches to make it feel like home. Master bathroom and upstairs wrap around porch were the best. Beds were comfortable. Only small thing we missed was batteries in some of the remote controls. Overall would return again. Great spot!

The location was great for beach access and just a short trip. We enjoyed porch immensely. The main disappointment with the house was the upkeep, amenities, and expectations from us. The letter from management stated that we were responsible for sweeping and returning the house to its original state even though we pay for cleaning. When we arrived there was trash under the beds and couches and cobwebs in the corners on the ceiling. The toilet paper was thinner than anything I've ever seen before and it was rationed, so any prospective renters should prepare to bring their own. We still enjoyed the stay a lot, but were disappointed in the presentation and amenities, given the cost of the stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was very clean and the perfect size for our group ( 6 adults, 1 toddler). The location and amenities made it ideal. It was convenient to everything (pool, beach, food) which is so important with a little one. We rented bikes and rode into the various towns on multiple occasions for coffee, dinner, parks ect. Highly recommend!
