You are sure to enjoy the incredible views from this 3-story townhome at Blue Tide in Seacrest. As you enter the ground floor and take the stairs to the main level the turquoise water views greet you immediately!
Access to the beach is directly out your back door. Or, cool down in the pool - just out the front door.

Blue Tide is perched on one of the highest dunes along scenic Highway 30A in Seacrest Beach. It is a small complex with 18 units, all Gulf-front with awesome views. Beach access is directly out your back door using the private walkway. Cool down in the pool after a long day in the sand and surf. Enjoy the 30A bike and walking trail to access local shopping, restaurants, and recreational activities at Alys, Rosemary, and Seacrest.
Your stay at Blue Tide 3B comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

We love staying at blue tide. We have stayed in a few different condos here and always return! The location is perfect! The condo complex is small so it never feels crowded. You wake up every morning with a beautiful view of the gorgeous water. The beach access is literally steps aways from your door. The beach is private so it is never crowded. Highly recommend

The location of Blue Tide is awesome because the beach area is not crowded and you are steps away from the beach! This is our second year to stay in this exact condo.You are close enough to multiple restaurants by bike or car. As long as our family size allows we will stay here!

We picked this property because the property had a pool and was close to the beach. We received no notice that the pool had been drained for repairs, and the management company offered no solutions to this problem. Also, the property was not thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. There were ketchup stains on the floor of the kitchen and sand all over the living room furniture. Not sure where the excessively high cleaning fee is going, but it didn’t result in a clean property. Overall, the stay was ok. Proximity to the water made up for uncleanliness and lack of working amenities.
