Welcome to Poppy Breeze—an incredible one-level beach home in the family-friendly Seabreeze community of Seacrest, Florida. With just one step up to the porch, wrap-around porches, and beautiful landscaping, this home is designed for easy, comfortable coastal living.
Inside, enjoy a spacious great room and dining area filled with natural light. The upscale kitchen features stainless appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar—perfect for quick meals or gathering after the beach.
Sleeping arrangements
A central hallway leads to three bedrooms:
• Kids’ room: Twin/Full bunk bed (70 lb max on top bunk)
• Guest room: Queen bed
• Primary suite: King bed, private bath with large shower + double vanity, with direct access to the back porch
A large hall bath with double vanity and tub/shower serves the other bedrooms. TVs throughout, high-speed internet, and convenient laundry access.
Outdoor living
Step out to your private pool area—accessible from the primary suite, laundry room, and a gated side entrance. The 12’ x 24’ pool is surrounded by lush landscaping and a large deck with lounge seating, a poolside dining set, and a gas grill for easy outdoor meals.
Pool heat is available in cooler months for $50/day (per stay).
Location: Enjoy a pleasant stroll along a quiet residential lane to the beach—about a 3–4 minute walk to neighborhood beach access. You’re also close to the shops and restaurants of Seaside, Seagrove Beach, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach.
Parking: 2–3 cars

• No parties or events. This includes bachelor/bachelorette gatherings and any event-related use of the home.

Great host and home. My family and I had a great stay here; we enjoyed having the flexibility of both easy beach access and private pool on the property if we wanted to have a quieter day. The home was beautiful and well kept, and is a short (10 minute) drive from several areas that offer shopping and restaurants. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a wonderful time relaxing and spending time with our kids and grandchildren. Everything we needed was there. Hated to leave after our two week stay.

From the moment we got there we were extremely pleased! The layout of the house was great. The beds were comfy and we all slept well! The kitchen had all we need down to better cookware than most rentals. We enjoyed the pool ..it does get a lot of debris due to mature trees in the neighborhood..but no huge thing. Lounging by pool with all the set up and palm trees was great. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood at night. The house is prime location to everything we wanted. The walk to beach is easy and had all the gear you need! Would stay again!!!!
