Centrally located, Magnolia Cottages is a small, quiet, wooded neighborhood with deeded beach access centrally located on 30A. The neighborhood pool is just across the street, and only three minute walk from the beach, or 0.25 miles. Alys Beach and The HUB are within one mile, Rosemary Beach is two miles down the road, and Seaside is about five miles from the property. Biking and walking trails are available throughout.

Easy parking, nice home, and relaxing place to stay. The bikes were nice for the kids to ride around, and the kids road along the established bike trail visiting towns/friends in the 30A area. The beach is pretty, and very relaxing. You do have to cross one main street (very easy though) to get to beach, and you need to go up and down steps to get to the beach. More of a fyi for transporting items. My kids are older, so it was easy for us. Thank you for the enjoyable week.

We had a great stay! Highly reccomend it. Love this neighborhood. Beds could've been a bit more comfy would be only complaint and our AC went out the final night. The house itself was clean, plenty of cooking materials, and the toys, bikes, beach gear was great!
