About this house rental
Centrally located, Magnolia Cottages is a small, quiet, wooded neighborhood with deeded beach access centrally located on 30A. The neighborhood pool is just across the street, and only three minute walk from the beach, or 0.25 miles. Alys Beach and The HUB are within one mile, Rosemary Beach is two miles down the road, and Seaside is about five miles from the property. Biking and walking trails are available throughout.

We enjoyed our stay, the convenience of the pool, short walk to the beach, and the area in general. We’ve been staying at Magnolia Cottages for years. This house is starting to show signs of age, and needs a good update, paint, and scouring. Very dusty corners, baseboards, and fixtures. The trees/shrubbery around the house could use some trimming, very invasive to the parking, walking space.

We had a great time at Memory Lane! Everything was as we expected. The pool is right across the street which is nice, and the beach access is walkable. The beach directly across the street is closed but we used Beach Access 7 to the right and it didn't feel too crowded. The neighborhood is slow and quiet. There are a lot of steps down to the beach so we had to haul our stuff up and down which was fine, but I think family members that are less able may have struggled some had they been with us so just something to note. We appreciated all the beach items available at the condo to borrow. Thanks for a lovely stay! We will be back!

Easy parking, nice home, and relaxing place to stay. The bikes were nice for the kids to ride around, and the kids road along the established bike trail visiting towns/friends in the 30A area. The beach is pretty, and very relaxing. You do have to cross one main street (very easy though) to get to beach, and you need to go up and down steps to get to the beach. More of a fyi for transporting items. My kids are older, so it was easy for us. Thank you for the enjoyable week.
